AT&T Store

Visited a Derby Ct store 7/5/2023@11:15 am. The representative was so tentative, knowledgeable professional and patient. I had an excellent customer service experience. She did d resolved my issues.

Was very frazzled on Wednesday, when my phone froze. The lady I called at customer service was unable to help me, so I decided to stop at the store on Pershing Drive, Derby. A young man, Kyle greeted me as soon as I walked in, was kind and patient as I went on and on about my phone freezing. Within minutes he was able to troubleshoot the problem and rebooted my phone. Very happy with the service today, thank you Kyle.

Great customer service. I Walked into a friendly and helpful worker by the name of Rachel and walked out happy with my purchase. Highly recommend. I found this store in Derby after walking into another att store in Shelton. Absolutely horrible service, rude and didn't care. Thank you Rachel for helping out with all my needs.

Rachel Lebov manages/staff the Derby CT AT&T store and I had the privilege of her assisting me with a new phone. She not only assisted me as she also came to my office! Great customer service. Needed to add a line to my plan. Manager named Rachel worked with me to help me understand the best options for my needs. I was in and out and got everything I needed and it was explained clearly which I really appreciated!

I must admit this was my first approach to this store. I tend to forget we have an AT&T store in our area. Nevertheless I go in with the frustration about the billing and issue with the chip? As mentioned I had never been to the store but because it being an AT&T franchise I figured I could get assistance. Luis was so helpful and honest I wish I had my business handled here from the beginning. he was not able to help me with the chip issue but he was able to help and even provide information a where I could go and get assistance and not to mention possibly for free. I followed exactly has he directed and all praises to God my issue was resolved without a cent spent! Thank you so much Luis & Rachel for the added information.

Absolutely amazing service! Chantel was such a pleasure she went above and beyond to help us. You don't see that level of customer service very often anymore. This AT&T Store has some very knowledgeable Staff that can help you pick the best phone for you and the best plan to go with it. I took my My friend who is low income to this Store just to pay her bill and the representative we spoke with looked over her plan and saved her over $20 a month on her bill. Very friendly and very very helpful. I would recommend this AT&T store for your cell phone needs if you are an AT&T customer.

I cant say enough about the customer service I receive every time I walk into this store. Everyone is friendly and the wait time is minimal. Rachel has helped me on several occasions outfitting our company with all the latest phones and tablets. If you need a new phone provider, internet etc see the team at the derby AT&T store!

Today I received the best customer service from asst manager Kimberly and I tell you she is the bomb. She help me with every little situation i had a problem with.

The gentleman that provided me service was very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. He was able to provide all my questions with sufficient information. Friendly, knowledgeable and went out his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If given the chance I will recommend this retail store to my friends in the area.

I went to this store after having many problems with my other carrier and was assisted by an employee named Rachel Levoy. she was so helpful and knowledgeable and was able to switch my line over seamlessly. A+++ I highly recommend this store

Good experience. Staff was very helpful and offered additional services without being pushy. They did a good job comparing options to save money and got me a nice phone free which wasn't available online when just adding a line.
