The staff was amazing. I walked in and I was instantly greeted. They gave me a great customer service experience. I was surprised by how quickly I was helped and didn’t have to wait long. The staff explained everything to me and answered every question and concern that I had. It’s safe to say I found the store I will continue to go to.

The staff at this store is great ! The Manager Melvin was a big help in making my switch from at&t easy. Melvin and his staff were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Definitely a great team at this store !

Melvin went above and beyond to help me resolve a big mess that I was left with after dealing with the Stratford store. He was pleasant, respectful and was able to get my issues resolved. He genuinely cares about his customers. The other associates in the store were also pleasant and willing to help

In a world where good customer service is hard to come by, it was wonderful to see some people really still care about the customer. Just have to say that Melvin was absolutely AWSOME with helping me transferring my information to my new phone, his knowledge is outstanding along with his exceptional customer service! Thank you to Julia who also upgraded my Daughters phone and doing an absolutely great job learning how to do it while Melvin guided her on how to! Theses two people were spot on knew what needed doing and asked questions if they didn’t to get the job done! Highly recommend raises for the both of them! “5 stars plus”

This has been possibly the best customer experience so far. Julie was so great to be able to resolve each one of our concerns. She went above and beyond. Extremely patient and very proficient and professional. I would recommend this locations for all your issues. Every other store I have visited was a really really bad experience but this one exceeded my expectations.

What a great experience! We were looking to switch providers, hoping to save money and get more reliable coverage. I had read some good things about T-Mobile. So we stopped at the Shelton location on Bridgeport Ave and spoke to Melvin, the manager. He was very knowledgeable and helpful! He explained our various options and helped us choose the plan best for us.
Then Neshe, also pleasant and helpful, took over to process our order. The phones we decided on were not in stock - so they ordered them for us. We had them in just 2 days!!
We could have activated them ourselves... but we choose to stop back in to get help with it. Melvin went above and beyond, spending a good amount of time with us to get all of our info copied from our old into our new phones, and then he activated them for us.
We are happy with our choice to switch... and very glad we chose the Shelton location with its fantastic staff. I even shared the experience on Facebook for any friends who might be looking to switch.
Go see Melvin and his staff. You'll be glad you did!

Outstanding customer service! The three people I dealt with were very patient with me and knowledgeable. The manager Melvin is super nice. They took care of all my needs and made sure everything worked right before I left. There was no wait time when I walked in, they greeted me very welcoming as soon as I walked in and took care of me right away. Very pleased with the customer service here. Thank you guys!

Lanecha is the assistant manager and has helped me immensely. She has been there to help me when the Derby store have uneducated people with no knowledge of the product. I am sorry I have been through this twice, so Derby do some thing with it and reward the people like Lynn Lenisha, who do their job properly and well and one thing I want to say, is I live in Derby and I will drive here to Shelton to see Lenisha because she knows what she’s doing. This store has knowledgeable workers! I had been two other T Mobile stores to move my Sprint account and telephone number to a T Mobile account and the other store representatives couldn't get it done. I even tried myself online and on the phone with the national T Mobile customer service representatives, but to no avail. The Shelton staff are miracle workers!

Melvin was excellent! He helped me for 2 long days after Jabria .. ( nevermind) But serious not Melvin was very patient ! Helpful ! And efficient even after Tmobile 1800 couldn’t help me.

It's always difficult to decide to leave a cell carrier one has had for years, but I reluctantly stopped into T-Mobile in Shelton, looking for information on plans geared for age 55+. I felt I was paying too much with my current carrier...
Luckily I was greeted by Lanecha, a friendly sales rep, who soon proved to me she knew exactly which plan would be perfect for me, while saving me about half of what I had been paying monthly! I wanted to keep my present phone for myself, while purchasing a new phone for my brother, who would be using the second line on my account. On the spot, Lanecha expertly set up both my old phone and the new phone, while taking care of another customer at the same time! She remarked casually that she liked to multi-task. Talk about a valuable employee!
Her warm personality and utter expertise made my transition to T-Moble not only pleasurable, but profitable as well. If only all sales reps could be like Lanecha!

The staff was really helpful. After a week of trying to deal with customer service on the phone and not getting anywhere. Given Miss information from multiple representatives . We went to the store and they helped us immensely and within a couple of minutes they got the issue resolved.

I have always had great service from this Sprint store. The people who work in the store are extremely knowledgeable about the phones and the plans, and have always helped me to make the best decisions for my needs and budget. I have been to other Sprint stores, and the staff did not seem to know the products and services as well. Sprint in Shelton spends hours on the phone with Sprint and hours porting data and apps. I think they are pretty pleasant and patient considering that every call takes forever through the Sprint 800#. If you try to do this yourself through online chat or via the 800#, it is extremely difficult to communicate with the call center employees, who read from a script and aren't able to make any decisions without transferring the customer several times. I always go to this store for any changes or upgrades.
