The UPS Store

This UPS Store location has been my to-go spot for any of my business needs since I run a sales territory for a CPG company in this area; particularly with printing documents and shipping packages. Maria is normally the employee that assists me. She always strives to share her knowledge and provide great customer service whenever I need something done. Glad to have this UPS Store and its friendly/efficient staff in Polk Co!

This is my go to UPS store. It’s small, but located mid town with easy access from the highway. The staff are super friendly.

The most important reason for giving that rating is because how I want to be treated is how they treat me when I come in. I never had a bad experience coming in there always available to help me. Line is never long they get everyone in and out in a respectable manner, it’s just amazing and I don’t know what else to say it’s no words I been to plenty Ups stores I actually prefer them anyways then any other competitors, I used to also work for UPS and that was also a great experience for me as well it was seasonal.

The lady that works there with the colored contacts was sweet and a lifesaver. I wish I got her name but bless her heart, she took a weight off my shoulders. I’ll use this location again. Thank you.

This UPS store is amazing. Especially the young black woman with the thigh tattoos, I wish I knew her name. Every time she is there, I am in and out in no time at all, even if there is a line in front of me, she just grinds through it like it's nothing. Also, everything is done right. I've never had any issues. Love her and this location.

This place is fast, efficient. The one young white guy is so polite, patient and accommodating. So easy to return things from Amazon here that I don’t hesitate to buy even if not sure it’s going to be exactly what I need. Amazing employees at the Winter Haven location.

So I didn’t even know there was a UPS in this area, and I found it when I was looking to avoid going all the way down to the one on Cypress. I was blown away by how quickly and professionally they were there. There was only one guy there working (Tucker, I think that was his name), but when I tell you he was super fast. He saw all of us so quickly and was very pleasant. so happy that they have a UPS in this area and I don’t have to go all the way down to Davenport or Cypress.

Kyle, joey, and yanira did an excellent job! Took care of my shipping needs effectively and efficiently. Definitely doung business with this location going forward

So this guy Tucker, yah he's the man. Takes GREAT care of the customers, works swiftly to get you in & out, plus super professional. The other staff here has been good too, this is our GO TO location for all things UPS. Phenomenal job!!

Tucker really comes through at this shop on every visit. From Amazon returns to delayed Christmas shipping Tucker provides an informative and jovial experience for all UPS customers that come to his store. God bless his career and business opportunities; he deserves it!

This was my first time taking an Amazon return to UPS. It was busy when I went, but the employees were friendly & efficient and I was out of there in no time at all. I will definitely be back!
