I had a very complicated 3 part problem., that the employees handled with grace .. tackling it part by part .. an got me reimbursed pro rated. I am very pleased with the out come and the went above an beyond. Thank you

We purchased new phones here less than a year ago and started having problems with one. In-store employees were very helpful. Changed sim card and said if it still gives problems it will be replaced under warranty. We love T-Mobile, get great phone reception in areas that Verizon would never work.

These guys are great! I had been trying several stores to get a prepaid plan on my son’s mobile phone. All of them failed to help us, except the team at T-Mobile in Lawrenceburg. They tried more than any of the others, and pretty quick came up with a working solution. Friendly and helpful, doing what they can to help. Recommended!

What a great group at TMobile in Lawrenceburg! Started with Jessica and then Austin gave us more information. Went back a couple days later and worked with Noah to set up our hot spot account. Had a few more questions and Austin & Blaine all jumped in to get our account set up exactly how we wanted. Can’t say enough great things about the service we received. Austin is one of the greatest service reps I’ve ever worked with, patient and very knowledgeable!

I went in because I was having issues with some of the settings on my new Galaxy S21+. The polite young men working there (Scott and...?) knew exactly where to go in the settings to resolve my particular problem. (I had struggled for days with no success!) Thank you T-Mobile!
