Had to pop in for a battery exchange for a bad battery, and was very pleased with both the cleanliness of the store and and the awesome workers. (The only things I have enough experience to judge, I don't speak car lol) Patrick was very understanding and had a great sense of humor, and helped me sort out my brother's battery warranty without a single issue. The brunette he worked with (Nessie?) Was also super sweet and helpful. I really enjoyed the cheerful atmosphere and easy service. I also appreciated that they took the time to describe the situation in an understandable manner, answering all my questions, even though I really don't speak car or car maintenance. I understand how easy it is to avoid that in customer service, and i appreciate the time they spent to talk about it. Next time I need to get a battery or part I will definitely be going here. 10/10.

Shout out to Nessi! Very knowledgeable, polite, and handy. We needed a headlight replaced. She was able to find what our car needed and installed it at no extra charge. The entire experience took around 20 minutes and cost less than $19.

I brought a friend to get a battery check on her car today. Nessi was the O'Reilly employee that helped us. She was great! She not only diagnosed the battery issue, but even called a competitor to get a price quote to help out my friend. We appreciated the 10% active duty military discount, too. Money is tight these days, so it's nice to have the support. WTG, Nessi!

Very helpful team in havelock. Anthony and nesse were a great help and wonderful customer service capabilities. Would come back for more help and guidance on my future endeavors.

O'Reilly's best yes can't go wrong. I was looking for a radiator for my Jeep and they was the only place that carried it and price was far more cheaper than the other stores who had to special order it. O'Reilly is my new store for auto parts. Thank you O'Reilly's.
