First time coming here and had a great experience. Neil was awesome and took care of my car needs. I got alignment and he let me know a front rod needed to be replaced.

This is a great shop that cares and will do the job right. I brought in my box truck. The technician asked if it was loaded as it usually is, it was not, I had some extra heavy stuff in the far back. He let me to unload it at our job 20 minutes away and come back so the alignment would be more accurate. I was already a bit late for my appointment and he let me screw up his schedule even more to do things right. And he was in a positive mood about it. Very caring people and their good vibes made my day even better!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They did their very best to fit me in to the schedule for as soon as possible. Their prices are competitive for the services the offer. If you purchase tires from them, they are not the cheapest, but the quality is noticeable and you get your money's worth. It is well worth your time to try them out if you have not yet.

I came in here off the street with a trailer tire that had gone flat. It was a cold winter day and I did not have an appointment. However, these great folks had my tire fixed for next to nothing in no time at all. They were very accommodating and very friendly. I would definitely recommend stopping by.

If you want good quality, and trustworthy work done, this is it. Steve, Ken and Neil are keeping it in the family and doing things the way Warren started it over 50 years ago. Now they do undercoating too so that beloved car will last longer, through the salt, sand and snow of Northern NY.

These guys are the best. you can be sure your vehicle is right when it leaves there.My alignment is perfect now.I had my truck undercoated while i was there it is the best undercoating i have ever had done.
