My daughter and I have been coming to Matthews Dental for over 15 years. The service as well as their sincerity has been consistent and evident on every appointment, follow up phone call, and with the myriad of dental concerns that have occurred. Sadly, we moved to another area but I wanted to highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a dentist. Matthews will take very good care of you and yours and will be very much missed by my family. Laura J Farah

My husband, our daughter, and I have always came here when we were still residing in Whitehall, WI. Dr. Matthews have always been so kind, caring, and attentive to us. The whole staff members here are great as well. They welcome you with positive energy and warmth; and we just absolutely loved it here. It's unfortunate that we moved to Charlotte, NC. If only there were more great doctors like Dr. Matthews here.

I'm from out of town. I had a dental issue that needed to be taken care of ASAP. I called Dr. Matthews office and they got me in right away (Thanks Crystal) Dr. Matthews called me later in the evening to see how I was doing. Now that's Caring about your patients! I needed an emergency tooth extraction and Dr. Mathews was able to get me in within a couple of hours. The office is clean, the tools and fittings are up to date, office staff is very friendly and Dr. Mathews is very professional and makes sure to explain every step very carefully. I did not get Dr. Mathews assistant name but she was very professional and patient.

Dr. Mattews and his staff always give me the best treatment at his office! They got me in for my routine cleaning quickly after they were back from the COVID closure. The office is clean, quick, and so friendly. I joke to my children that going to see my dentist is like a mini mom vacation! :). Thank you Dr. Matthews!

Dr. Matthews and his staff take such good care of our family! Prior to coming to Matthews Dental, we had various aches, pains and sensitivity. Dr. Matthews took care of all of it, and has keep our teeth in good shape ever since. You will not find a more kind and caring dentist and staff!

While residing in La Crosse, Wisconsin, my family's dentist was Dr. Jeff Matthews of Matthews Family Dental in Whitehall. Although the drive for my wife and me took about 45 minutes on a nice day, we considered the trip very worthwhile because of the friendly, expert professional service provided by Dr. Matthews and his staff. I enthusiastically recommend Matthews Family Dental to anyone living near Whitehall. And even if you're not exactly near, it's worth the drive!

I've been afraid of dentists since I was a teenager due to a previous (painful!) experience, but a broken tooth forced me to face my fear. Dr. Matthews and his team listened to my concerns and ensured I was comfortable through the entire procedure - without sedation - and I have a very low pain tolerance, so that's saying something!

They explained in detail everything they needed to do and made sure I understood, and while no one likes filling out paperwork, everything I had to read or sign was easy to understand.

If you've put off going to the dentist due to a prior bad experience, give Dr. Matthews and his team a chance. It's worth your time.

Had my braces done here, and it turned out great. Very nice office and staff makes me feel like I'm appreciated. Even though I moved away from Whitehall, I will continue to drive to where I trust I'll get great service.

Matthews Family Dental is great! My kids have gotten BRACES from Dr. Matthews and their smiles are looking great!

Been going to Dr. Matthews for a few years and will continue going back, despite having to drive over an hour. Tried a dentist that was closer, but they didn't compare to the staff here as they make you feels like family as soon as you walk through the door.

Always very helpful and informative. They take Ashley's insurance, and they definitely do good work.

The staff is incredible. Very clean and up to date facility! Great asset to Whitehall!
