The manager Elwood, is the epitome of where dedication meets great customer service!!

I was on the verge of going back to AT&T because of previous bad experiences with customer care on the phone, but when I walked in and met with Elwood, he sat me down, explained things to me and on top of that, I walked away with a new phone and watch (after promos for being loyal customer for almost 7 yrs).

Not to mention the cost of my plan is even lower because of the new set of plans that are currently out now.

Do yourself a favor and make a appointment to see him specifically 😎!

Chris Mitchell was so amazing. Literally stayed 3 hours after his scheduled time off to help with a line transfer and upgrade. 4 hours total in Verizon to figure everything out (fault on the system) he stayed and made sure we wouldn’t have to come back or stress.

I had an excellent experience at the Verizon Wireless store today, thanks to Ryan Redding. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, he efficiently took care of my needs. I highly recommend him for any Verizon-related assistance!

Mr Key was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick out a new phone with my price point in mind and my needs. Took the time to transfer all my information and made sure it was all there before we left. Would recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade a current phone, replace, or add another line.

Sales consultant Elwood Key did an amazing job helping me. He was very nice and understanding, I spent hours with him and he didn’t stop until I walked out the store HAPPY! It was time to upgrade and Zack Williams was very helpful to me and my 2 daughters. Friendly and professional, answered our questions and concerns. Even offered us a drink while we waited for our information to transfer.

Omg had an amazing experience at this location! Mr. Elwood was so patient and knowledgeable of all the processes of my sale today. He walked my step father through the process of upgrading his phone, and even when he had trouble remembering his info and stayed patient and diligent to get everything correct for him, making sure to state what he was doing as he was going through each step. This was definitely the best cellular service experience, and Mr. Elwood is amazing, friendly, and one of the best salesmen I have had the opportunity to work with.

I wanted to start off by saying it is refreshing to go into a wireless store and be treated so nicely and professionally. This is NOT the case for many other wireless businesses.

Elwood was top notch. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to our needs and made sure we got exactly what we needed. We had an issue while porting our 3 lines because we had the account numbers wrong and he stayed cool as a cucumber. He knew how to fix it and maneuvered the system easily. Elwood definitely comes highly recommended by our family.

Chris &David are awesome at Verizon. I was told at a retail Verizon store in Winston Salem on Highway 150 by customer service sales person named Ike that my phone had died and there was nothing that could be done for it. I have done business at the Verizon store current prior to today and I knew if I came here I would get a good customer service and I was prepared to possibly buy a new phone today. But Chris check my old phone and the first thing he did he plugged it into a Verizon charger and the phone started holding charge. And he’s been very patient with me I’ve had some circumstances surrounding my health and other things but he’s been very patient and help me through this and he save me a lot of money for today. And of course I have to always be a Verizon customer!
