My husband's phone blew up while on our coast to coast trip. We stopped in this store to see if we could get another. WOW!!! Cheyenne greeted us with a smile and gave us the best deal, took care of unwanted oversea charges, and was an absolute joy to work with. She is a keeper and deserves a raise. Whenever I need something from Verizon, I will reach out to her from California! What a wonderful experience.

Jacob Miller was excellent. Great customer service. Updated the family plan, found discounts available for our needs, and helped reset access to my Verizon app.

TCC to the rescue... We shopped for a no contract SIM & Plan at the local Walmart and purchased a 'total by verizon' keep your phone sim kit and plan . The Walmart will minimally assist in verifying your handset viability and sell you the sim & plan but they no longer facilitate the activation process. (for 'total by verizon' this requires an internet connection which the Walmart only offers to folks with a Walmart account) . We drove across the parking lot to the TCC Verizon location where they were willing to help us get set up even though they did not sell us the service and SIM . They were awesome and took the time to get our SIM activated and phone working on Verizon's network . I would highly recommend this team of professionals if you are shopping for wireless services and devices as they go above and beyond . Thank you to the store staff that helped us. Your efforts enabled us to have communications ,data and gps traffic and weather update capability for the week while driving for 1200 miles in /thru the US.

Jake is the reason I still come into the store and don't bother trying to do this all myself. He went above and beyond for me today and made the whole experience great!

I stopped with a friend who was having an issue with her phone. They were helpful patient friendly. Solved the issue I recommend going there if you need a phone. Or help

I went to a verizon store and met with Cheyenne. I had questions on international service. She explained it in clear terms and then showed me what to do. So much easier than talking to customer service on the phone.

We worked with Cheyenne on the Sunday of Black Friday weekend. She was the only staff scheduled that day - which seemed ludicrous to us. She was VERY busy but handled us, and every other customer, with a smile, a calm and friendly attitude and an abundance of professionalism. She was absolutely wonderful and we can’t thank her enough.
