Clean and friendly location. The best Arby's around our area. The food is always prepared correctly and fresh at this location. I will drive out of my way to get to this one.

Conveniently located in Rantoul, just east of I-57. They were out of fish but had delicious mac and cheese bites, curly fries, and vanilla shakes. Great food at a good price.

I personally really enjoy this Arbys i stop in twice a month usually when i make trips to rantoul to shop and never had a issue here at all and the drive thu staff is always friendly as well!

I had not been to Arby's for a while and it turned out to be a very good experience. I thought it would be the same regular menu but I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 Steak Sandwiches on the menu. One called a Butter Steak Sandwich and the other was Steak with bacon and cheese. it was so good. it came with one side of choice and drink. the meat was so tasty and very tender.
The restaurant was not busy, it was 7 p.m., so we were not rushed to eat and it was peaceful. Lobby area was clean, no tables dirty,etc. Only negative was the drink station, it needed to have spills cleaned up, varied lids on the counter, things just needed tended to.
Employees we saw were neat and the young man taking my order was efficient and knew his items. He made suggestions and recommendations as needed.

Good meal decent price

The staff are the most friendly in town! I feel appreciated as a customer and treated like a person. I've worked fast food and been a server in the past so I don't expect to be fawned over just cause I'm spending money but some places could use a lesson in listening instead of rushing you to order and please and thanks don't take that long to say. The folks at Arby's Rantoul have hearts for service!!

As always Arby's has consistently great food! What was outstanding this time was the young gentleman (with the most beautiful dreads)... He looked so we'll groomed & was easy going relaxed & very personable! Very good at his job! My Mom, aged 89 & myself 70 were impressed with him. We will definitely stop here on out return trip through 👍😊

Marquise has great customer service and spirit. It was enjoyable placing my order and receiving the food because he was attentive to detail and very polite. Definitely someone you want interacting with as many of your customers as possible because most of the other staff here could use some help.

Rantoul Arby's was excellent!! the gentleman behind the counter taking our order was extremely friendly courteous and helpful. Plus the sandwich are delicious!!! And by the way they have the best onion rings I have ever eaten. A great place to stop!!

The best drive thru service anywhere in Rantoul. Unlike their fast food neighbors, a long line does move. Their reputation is why they're crowded at meal time. Especially if you're coming from I-57, this is the best fast food stop in town.

Very pleasant young man working the drive through. Our order was perfectly made and was still nice and hot when we arrived home.

Clean restaurant. Helpful staff. I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Wrap and Mac & Cheese, which both were good. Try the Mac & Cheese, for sure, because it is so creamy, cheesy and delicious.

She told us about your New gyro. She said she ate one and told us to try it .My husband got the beef l got the lamb..it was as good as she said. We are older people .She was helping to clean up but she stopped to ask us if liked it .we said oh yes. She even help us out. Her name is Shawna she is great. The Arbys no 6861 thank you.

Not good!! I ordered roast beef w/cheese--got home n no cheese. Also ordered chocolate shake--they said they were out of chocolate. I live out of town n didn't want to go back to exchange the meal. Sorry but not sure I'll go back.

Food was very good. Service was also excellent. Went to the drive thru cashier was very friendly. Food was fresh fries were hot.

They always have hot food. They are one of the quicker fast food joints. And everyone is very personable and friendly. They all love all over my dog and sometimes give him a treat. This is my fav Rantoul fast food place and the BEST Arbys I have EVER been to!!

Great service. Very clean business. Good food. Manager was very friendly, made you feel good about stopping. Even had employees outside cleaning up drive thru and entrances.
