I’ve never been to this post office before, but decided to book an appointment for my passport. They were extremely nice and patient, because though I was thorough with my paperwork, I still missed something. But they were kind, patient, and allowed me to finish my application. I was pleased and would definitely go back.

I mistakenly showed up at the wrong time for my passport appointment. I had been waiting weeks for this appointment.
The employee at the counter was very kind and compassionate and offered to fit me in to her busy schedule. I want to thank her so much for her kindness!!!

Excellent service

The Selma, North Carolina is a great little Post Office.  The Post Office may look small from the outside but it's actually a very big building.

Even bigger than this stylish looking building is the heart of the people who are working there.  They are courageous, engaged and interested.  They know their customers and they know their stuff!

I had just left my mother's house and foolishly forgot to give her back her handicapped parking badge.  Already more than an hour a way I could not easily get back.  I pulled into Selma at 4:45PM and by 4:50PM I was on line at the Post Office.  In just a few short minutes the postal clerks and staff had taken my envelope package and it was speeding on its way back where it belonged.  It will be delivered tomorrow!  Thanks, y'all!

I went here to apply for a passport. The office needs a major update but the employees were helpful!

Always a wait in line. Parking lot super small. Efficient service.

My mail person is consistently putting keys to the parcel lockers in wrong mail boxes. It has happened several times to me now. Can you slow down and pay attention please and thank you

Lady up front is no help … doesn’t even bother to help out with anything when asked questions .
Would prefer someone with more knowledge next time.

Please notify your drivers that they can pull to the side of the road and park instead of parking in the middle of the roads to have a conversation That is being inconsiderate and disrespectful to other people that are trying to get to their homes. The driver said he is the postal service and he can park howevere he wants.
