I've lived in commercial point going on 4 years now and this was the first time i actually needed to go to the post office to mail off two packages. I got there around 1PM and the lobby was empty, I walked right up to the window and was greeted immediately. The employee behind the glass waited patiently while I dug through my phone to find the shipping address.

He was in a great mood and was very cheerful which was wonderful to see for the post office. The service was great and there was no line so I was very pleased with my first experience at the post office.

Great small town post office. Better service and attention than at the larger post offices in Columbus.

Would give 0 if possible. After they messed up my address, they said I would have to wait between 2hr12min-2hr15min on hold 😂 Uh, no... you don’t get to waste my time- I’m paying YOU. You can keep my $31 package, and I’ll order again. Yet another reason the postal service will be phased out and defunded in the next several years- they think they’re untouchable. I wouldn’t be surprised if these degenerates did this so they have access to abandoned customer products.
