We've tried other places for plants, duplicate keys and mulch. They don't compare, as we've had to return all purchases from their competitors.

We've had two brick deliveries. Both times, they were courteous of our property and earlier than expected.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store is always clean and well-stocked.

Easy to find what you are looking for because the aisles are clearly labeled. Staff has always been friendly when I do need assistance. Store is clean, well organized, and spacious. There is ample parking and many handicap spaces.

We bought a washer/dryer yesterday and Ana in the appliance section was wonderful. She was kind, honest and so helpful. We really appreciated her!

I was urgently looking for a 6-foot board for a shelf, smooth and wide. And found them here, 4 different width sizes. Comfortable!

Was a great experience, folks helped us throughout the store. The lady at the checkout (Grace) was super helpful and kind, we had a gift card and was a little challenged using it. We really appreciated assistance and with a friendly demeanor.

Had a new whirlpool washer delivered this morning and my old washer removed. Jose and his guys were very professional very fast. He greeted me with a handshake something you really don’t see much anymore. Great service.

Went to Lowe's to pick some 30 second mildew remover and I noticed Lowe's had a lot of different variety of flowers and vegetable plants.

I want to thank the morning on duty manager for making me a happy customer. He went out of his way to resolve my issue. I needed a long lasting wood substitute and he helped me find it and priced it affordability as well!

I LOVE THIS Lowe's. I am there once or twice a week, sometimes more, and we have a PRO account. The staff there is beyond amazing. They treat us like family. You never feel like you're in a "Big Box Store," quite the opposite, actually. It feels like your neighborhood hardware store. It truly is the staff at this store that makes the difference. They are truly wonderful.

This Lowes is my go to. I’ll drive further to shop here. Associates are friendly and helpful I recently had an issue with a special order and they were more than willing to make things right. I appreciate their service and how neat and clean the store is. Great job Arden!

New policy that lowes is employing. People actually traveling up and down the aisles looking for people who are in need of help and helping them find what they are looking

I can't remember if his name was David or Daniel, but he worked out of the door + window department and was so kind and helpful. Within a few minutes of chatting he helped me find the right things to fix a door my dog damaged. Another friendly employee from the cabinet department aided in his search for the right materials. Customer service really makes or breaks an experience with a company and store, and these guys nailed it!

Jeff, first off, is a veteran. Wonderful attitude, super knowledgeable. He helped myself, and my friend in plumbing. He even gave a much needed opinion based on the photos that were shown. Knew every item on every isle. An EXCELLENT person, and LOWES IS SUPER Lucky to have him!

I received fantastic customer service in the lighting department yesterday when purchasing ceiling fans! Thank you, Melonie! I also received help loading my purchase from another friendly and helpful associate, named George! It was a great shopping experience!

I called to ask about a certain paint and Cheyanne was able to answer every question I had and she even helped me find a new outdoor light! She was excellent!

I thought this Lowes was excellent. My wife and I were examining different areas in the store for remodeling projects and employees always came to help us and discuss our projects. They were there without us even needing to ask for assistance. We went to a different Loes the same day because we forgot to pick up an item earlier and not one person offered to assist us.

Peggy and Boti made our washer purchase easy and quick! We appreciated their efficient service and friendly attitudes. And the man working in keys was very helpful and kind! Thank you all for the best experience I've ever had at Lowe's! We will be back!
