Very well decorated, and lots of space. The food was delicious. When the waitress brought our main dishes out. I was amazed at the size of the plates. For the first time, in awhile, I was not able to eat it all.
The waitresses were very polite, and return on a regular basis, to make sure everything was fine.
If you like Mexican Food, and thinking of eating here, do not hesitate. You’ll be happy you did.
They have lots of great decorations, with plenty of tables. The bar was well stocked, and everyone was in great spirits.
They have handicap seating and restrooms. Which, the restaurant and the restroom was all very clean.
I was with my brother, and he really liked it, as well. Like myself, he couldn’t finish all of his food.

Granted it is my first and only time eating here. But I was very pleased and left with a full belly. Price is up for debate, but you get a very large portion for the money you spend. The Fiesta plate was amazing.

An authentic Mexican vibe. Mexican family approved and kid approved. We ordered fajitas La Troja, kids taco plate, carne tropical, fried ice cream, two horchatas, camarones Cancún, and a pineapple jarrito. Israel was our server and he was fantastic with service in English and Spanish. I loved the decor and just the level of attention to customer service. The food and drinks were great. The horchata was served in the fanciest glassware that I loved. I have no pictures of the good or drinks because eating with kids you just want to get the food down. I will say that the carne tropical was amazing and served with frijoles charros with weenies and it took me back to my mom's cooking. We will return. Mind you we are visiting from Florida.

So much food, and the prices are not bad. Our waitress was wonderful...They also have Mexican hot pots. When we were served, our food was sizzling hot

There are several locations, and it occurred to me that it must be pretty good to be able to expand so much. I generally avoid Mexican restaurants for allergy reasons, though, so I didn't actually try it for a long time.
One night my curiosity could no longer be denied. I just HAD to know what Las Trojas meant in English, and since google translate didn't know, I went in to ask.
The place was jumping. Big crowd. There was live music! The smell was amazing. The art on the walls was gorgeous.
I took a look at the menu.
It's huge! 8 big pages, maybe ten? A fantastic selection of dishes, with something for everyone.
I couldn't decide between two things, so I got one of each.
I had no idea what I was getting myself into with that. I figured the portion sizes wouldn't be very big, but I was SO wrong. I could barely manage to eat it all. Each dish was much bigger than I expected, and more importantly, they were much tastier as well.
I got the enchiladas suisas ( a trio of a kind of chicken enchilada). It was fantastic.
I also got the Crazy Quesadilla. It's a big quesadilla with chicken and shrimp.
Each dish came with a big pile of lettuce, pico, guacamole, tomatoes, and rice
The Crazy was the best thing I had tasted in months. Absolutely amazing.
.
The service was VERY fast, and the food was served in just a handful of minutes.
I made sure to go back at least once a week from then on.
Oh, by the way, Las Trojas means "the Stables" or "the Barn."
I went to the Hazel Green location. I think it is the flagship, but I could be wrong. It's much bigger than the others.
If you haven't tried it yet, you simply MUST.

Worth a drive for lunch or dinner. Many familiar dishes on the menu but some new choices in addition to their own 'Signature' selections. Queso with chorizo is quite good. Staff was always checking to keep drinks and chips full. Manager came by during the meal to ask if everything was going well. Plentiful food portions. We were there in the middle of typical dinner hour, place was pretty full but we were seated right away.

The service was amazing, we had a wonderful server named Jesse who was very attentive and honest about recommendations. Drinks were refilled, food came out fast and hot, and we left satisfied.

Awesome food and atmosphere. Angel's Plate is the truth! I'm not a fan of shrimp so I'd remove it... It's huge by the way. I typically get the chicken chimichanga and that's great too. Love the environment as well.
