Corralejos Mexican Grill

We had been there previously and really enjoyed it. So we decided to give it a try with a group after church on Mother's Day. We arrived with 12 people, they promptly seated us, and the service was excellent. As on the previous visit, the food was very, very good. The salsa has just enough kick and they put cilantro in it, which we love. Everyone enjoyed their meal and there are still several things I am looking forward to trying. Give it a try, I think you'll be pleased.

I've seen so many people recommending this place on Facebook, I thought I would give it a shot myself. First impression when I walked in was how clean, inviting, and calm the place was. Service was fast. I got the chimichanga supremes: one beef, one steak, one chicken, one steak. I don't typically like ground beef, but this was so flavorful! All 4 were amazing, but the beef and steak were the best. The rice, guacamole, pico, etc was also warm, fresh and flavorful. My boyfriend got the Mexican tacos, which were loaded with toppings. He said they had a subtle kick, a nice flavor, and the beans were great as well. Chips and salsa were always great- I loved that they made the salsa fresh and it had nice chunks still in it. Reasonably priced and awesome. Will definitely be back.

Super friendly staff and good food. The salsa was fantastic and we enjoyed the simple atmosphere. I had the fajitas. I did notice that the amount of meat on my fajitas was a bit lacking, but it was great nonetheless and the quality of service made up for it.

Only place open during the storm and I am not complaining! Great food, lovely atmosphere and awesome to be able to escape the indoors 😀. I appreciate the employees working while it's actively snowing 🌨

My go to Mexican restaurant here in Huntsville! Food is so very good & service is excellent. Been there for lunch, dinner and also done take out, and have never been disappointed!

We've eaten here 5 times (all takeout so far), and we've been very impressed! Every dish has good portions, and is good value. I consider myself a serious guacamole aficionado, so I was excited to try their 3 different guacamole items on their menu. The traditional guacamole is very creamy yet with some chunks too. Very nice texture and a bit of pop to the flavor. The other two are more of a pico de gallo style and are very good too. The tamale is excellent, very moist and seasoned well. Any item with their ground beef (taco or burrito), is seasoned well too. The Burrito Verde is delicious. It's a large item itself, and it has shredded pork inside with a cheese sauce on top. Overall, everything is seasoned perfectly and every bite has been savory enough to keep us coming back for more. Highly recommended.

The food was really good, the portions were very large, and the prices were reasonable. If you understand a little bit of Mexican culture, the decor and atmosphere make a lot of sense.

Came for an early dinner last night and had a great time!
Friendly staff and wonderful service. We got seated right away and immediately got water, chips, and salsa. Chips are perfectly crispy and the salsa is mild.
We ordered guacamole and we LOVED how chunky it is!! I got a taco salad with creamy guac on top, my friend got the shrimp acapulco. Both were great, perfect amount of food!
We have yet to try their margaritas but will definitely be back!

The food at this place is exceptional. This is now my favorite place to get Mexican food in the greater Huntsville area. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

New to Huntsville and was looking for great Mexican restaurant that wasnt a chain and was authentic. Corralejos checked all the boxes. Awesome frozen strawberry margarita. Was huge and very reasonably priced. Had mini chimichangas. I'll definitely be back.

They catered for a party of 15. There was plenty of food. It was fresh & great tasting. The price was reasonable. They brought the food out to my car, too. An amazing value. Will do business with them again!

First time eating here. This will definitely be my new regular spot. The salsa was the best I’ve had in town. I got the chorizo which was cooked to perfection! The staff were friendly and provided great customer service. I highly recommend.

Well, the food is the star, and is wonderful every time. I truly consider the food here as good or better than any other Mexican restaurant in Huntsville, including the big name ones that are always super crowded with long lines. You know which ones I'm talking about. Well, this is better.

I say this with caution, because I enjoy the quiet atmosphere here, which will surely change if they start getting ultra-busy. But hey, they deserve it. So go to Corralejos, everyone! I want this place to stick around for the duration.

This is the best tasting Mexican food restaurant around. Always fresh, hot meals, and tortilla chips are always warm and crunchy, not soggy. Nice people running it and food is above the others as far a taste, portions, and price. A hidden little gem of a place to go.

Great food, great atmosphere, very clean, great prices, and friendly staff. Highly recommend trying them out. Way better than the larger local chains that have forgot all of these customer service qualities because they don't care anymore about repeat customers.
