The best AutoZone I've ever been to! The staff are friendly and very helpful & knowledgeable. I am Deaf & They have a staff member named Yazmen who knows some ASL! Means so much to me.. They'll definitely have my business going forward. It's not far from I-5 either so any Deaf or hard of hearing people needing assistance, she is there M-F. Thank you AutoZone!

Incredible customer service and experience. I stopped in on what was a minor emergency, needing assistance with wipers and installation. I clearly could see that Joshua Y obviously cared for and about serving his customers his very best, and took exceptional care in helping us fix our problem. We are very grateful for his help, knowledge, and service with what was a great experience. Again, 5 star customer service.

I stopped in today to pick up a wiper blade and I'm really impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness exhibited by every member of the staff that I ran into - all 3 of them made me feel like my transaction was the most important one that they would work on all day. - Thanks folks. You all were a real pleasure to deal with!

Josh and Ryan were very helpful on a rainy day and helped me get everything I needed. It was pouring rain and helped me change both my headlights. Now I won’t get stopped for headlights! :-)

My car battery died while I was in Good Will parking lot. My granddaughter and I walked to Auto Zone to buy a Jumpstart, they did not have what I needed. So A_ _ _ _n offered to walk over to where my car was and give it a jump with their machine.
They went above and beyond. Thank you so much!!! A grateful Grandma

Ben and chrystal were amazing helped me with a battery for my key and checked oil put windshield wiper fluid in and i was low on oil made me feel so great as a customer so great big thanks to them both

My car was broken down at oreillys and autozone was kind enough to bring me a part that oreillys did not have, I highly recommend going to autozone for your car part needs!

Malissa & Anthony, these two helped me out so much! I am a leg amputee and I don’t have my wheelchair with me it’s at home in my driveway and that’s how I get in and out of my car with that being said I know I needed a quart of oil, I called one auto place and asked if they can run one out and I can buy it because I can’t walk and they told me no they couldn’t do that! Then I called Centralia AutoZone and they were more than happy to help me out thank you again it’s so nice to have people like you help people like me when I’m in need

Really appreciated the good customer service. The new manager "Ben" demonstrated his proficiency and knowledge with the brands of car batteries they carry. He really seemed to genuinely care about customer experience so he was definitely worthy of praise.

My light came on and I wanted to check. Anthony G was awesome, went out in the pouring rain came back in and let me know it was just a time for maintenance no codes for check engine. he was so nice friendly and helpful Give him a reward.

Like the fact that auto zone is more than happy to help their customers, they don't treat you like you are wasting their time by them helping you with your car. Used to be able to get help at O'Reilly but now I have had too many bad experiences with all the staff at all 3 of the ones close by that I WILL NEVER GO TO O'REILLY'S AGAIN!!!! Plus O'Reilly's staff treat you like you are a waste of time for asking for help, or even coming in to their store.

My cars battery died. I was hours from home. It was raining and getting dark. I asked but no one would help me. I walked to auto zone and was going to buy a jump box but found out it didnt come already charged. The guy at the store gave me a ride back to my car and used his jump box and got my car started for me. Wonderful service.

Typically has what I need when I need it, usually lower cost than comparable stores, clean and we'll maintained store, recently had to do a return and the process was smooth and easy, definitely a good choice
