The staff makes this place! Welcoming and friendly! So refreshing!
I think McDonalds has had some shrinkage…buns seem smaller, fish patties smaller.., who shrunk the fries?! 😂 Prices didn’t shrink, they grew.
McDonald’s is McDonald’s…food is consistent.
Place was clean. Tons of parking. In and out dining!

Stopped by to use the restroom and get a sweet tea while I used the superchargers nearby. All the staff were awesome and looked like they actually loved working there. Hilarious people. Keep up the great vibes ya'll!

It's McDonald's, convenient for quick fast food. We love their touch screen ordering option. We came with almost no one here, The area is decently clean and the bathroom is acceptable.

This is one of the best mcdonalds I've ever been to. So aesthetically pleasing.

Like normal there are some mess ups in orders but the staff are very nice and respectful and they do their best to keep the service fast and accurate while maintaining cleanliness

Newly remodeled McDonald’s near the Centralia Factory Outlets. At this McDonald’s, the employees are friendly, professional, and helpful. I come to this McDonald’s quite often and it’s my favorite fast food restaurant because it’s always clean and the food is always fresh! I give this McDonald’s ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐five stars because I never have had a negative experience here since the new makeover. This is the only McDonald’s that has never gotten my order wrong!!

This McDonald's doesn't have a playplace, but it has been recently remodeled. It is both spacious, quite modern, and comfortable. They even have 4 touchscreen keyosks that customers can use to place their order on their own (which definitely beats standing in line). They also have a new touchscreen Coca-Cola fountain that is responsive and allows you to add cherry or vanilla flavor to nearly any soda. Usually I hate virtual Coke machines that are common to Five Guys and Burger King because every flavor of soda ends up tasting like weird fruit residue. So far, that is not the case with their machine. But, if you don't want to risk the flavor cross contamination, they also have a traditional soda fountain with separate nozzles for each flavor.

Overall, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and out order was accurate. I would recommend this location to anyone who enjoys McDonald's.

I went to Arby's, where I was ignored. I went to Taco Bell, totally ignored. So, I went to McDonald's and was immediately asked, "can I help you"...wow! Excellent customer service

I came in ordered my food without thinking I messed up on my own food and messed up my own order I came back told them that I wasn’t thinking and ordered the wroung stuff came back with the food to see if I could get it replaced with a second to think they smiled helped me out made my food the way I water it and got me on my way I’m a forgetful person so I get judge a lot by ppl who think I’m trying to scam for more food but here I felt welcomed and not judged for my mistake I have a McDonald in Chehalis I can indeed say I would drive all the way to centralia just to eat there

Girl at the drive through window was kind even though my husband was kind of a jerk in how he asked for a Coke to be added to our order. Thanks!

Clean bathrooms, fries were good. Very friendly staff, let me fill my water bottle.

I went there to let the rain shower pass, but this is Washington where it rains, period.. Thank God for the very very nice n beautiful chick with the dirty blonde hair that wears the red hoodie.. She made me feel like I was supposed to be chillin there frfr... She the only reason I go back... n I go there everyday, to say hi

I like this McDonald's a lot. Before I lost my leg I was a delivery driver for Door Dash and associated with the employees and had the pleasure communicating with the regional manager as well. She takes great pride in her job and cares very much for her staff. She also has the responsibility of the other local McDonald's too. The employees in all three restaurants are hard workers and work well with each other. The stores are always neet and clean and that's something you can always expect

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing our local Mcdonalds here in centralia. I visited this location with my wife and two kids. The service here is far better than can be expected from a fast food joint. I gave this a five out of five stars.

Had GREAT coffee deals for the summer. I turned a bunch of ppl on to it and going there, then September came. It's the proper time to go back to Starbucks for popular Fall and Winter drinks anyway.

Haven't seen my favorite person there in awhile, but there are nice drive thru ppl that work there.

I wanna know why their prices went up almost stubble and that's Uncalled for they don't need to raise their prices. Like everybody else, does people wipe McDonald's? Because they're cheaper than most fast food places.

Love this location. Virgie is awesome! She was totally cool with our order when the app wasn't working properly, going above and beyond her duties to make our order excellent. Definitely will be back!
