For any and all framing needs, don’t be afraid to come to Michaels, especially Outer Loop! I needed a custom shadow box for a Christmas gift and Jane helped me find the best way to feature this gift. There were problems with getting the vintage Ali doll to not shake, Jane and her crew worked tirelessly to get it right. I also had two vintage tickets to Ali’s fight with Foreman and Frazier and Jane knew exactly how to display them without damaging the artifacts.

I Love the custom framing people. These guys are experts and they did a great job!! This is not the final product but it was planned so carefully, a lot of ideas, really cool options.

This is a very good craft store. This store is not as big as Hobby Lobby's but it is close by they offer competitive prices and they have a great selection. They offer crafting supplies from many different areas from painting, writing, knitting, and many other areas. They also have other items that are not arts and crafts like home decor and stuff.

The store was very clean and well organized. Staff were nice upon entering and leaving the store. I love how calm and quiet the atmosphere of a Michael's is. Really peaceful while browsing for what you are looking for. I find a lot if inspiration in just seeing the items they have displayed. Although I was unable to find what I needed, I still had a lot of fun looking around at all the holiday sections. Highly recommend to stop in if you are in the area and in need of art or crafting supplies.

The store is very organized and easy to find what you need. Sales are great and they even have a children's area where they can make crafts. The staff was polite.

I’ve been here plenty of times before but this was the first time my daughter (who’s into art) to check this place out. When she first walked in, her eyes went big. She found plenty of items to add to her art arsenal but when I asked her what came to her mind after we left, she said one word. Wow. I’m pretty sure we’ll be back and get her some more stuff.

They probably have the best selection of baking and candy making supplies that isn't a dedicated shop. Food dyes, flavorings, icing, fondant, many shapes sizes of baking pans and trays, candy molds, cake boards and boxes, etc.
Employees were helpful and pleasant.

Generally stocks anything you may need in the world of crafting and or fine art . I have found if they don't have in store most times they offer it online!

It is clean and nicely organized. The cashier that checked me out was extremely nice and friendly. I love that you are able to help yourself and grab your item from the online order pick up section. I frequent craft stores a lot and this one is probably my favorite.

Great store. Clean, organized, friendly employees. Only complaint is there was a sign next to the yarn saying "Buy One Get One 50%", but upon checkout and not receiving the discount I checked back at the sign to see it had expired 4 days prior. It was my fault for not double checking the dates but I believe the sign should have been pulled down before now.

I placed my order online and chose to pick my order up instead of shipping. I expected it would be a few hours before they emailed me saying my order was ready. But to my surprise it was ready within 30 minutes! Amazing. I had to get more items once I got there and was approached by an employee asking if I needed help and I told her that was there to pick up an order too. While I shopped she came back with my order and had me sign for it. Saved me time and I was able to get everything I needed. Saved 50% off an item too. Good visit!

They really didn't have what I was looking for, but is was so nice to walk in and the employees be upbeat and happy. I've spent my fair share of time running retail and it can take the Christmas spirit out of you because of everyone's attitudes..WE GET IT. IT'S A ROUGH TIME, but the ladies working were enjoying themselves and I appreciated their positive attitudes. 🤗👏

They were able to give my online order to me timely manner. They had almost everything I asked for online. However, I wanted the original gingerbread house kit and they did not have it or something when I went to order online said it was out of stock. Other than that they did excellent.
