Puppy Dreams - Memphis

Had an amazing experience today at Puppy Dreams. The team made purchasing my new mini schnauzer a breeze. The store and each puppies living areas are very clean. I appreciate the owners passion for wanting to build lasting relationships with their customers 😊 I look forward to the upcoming training classes.

Daniela was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. She gave such great information and answered all of my questions with ease. This place is great and we will be back to pick our doggy very soon!

Instant love!!!! We knew right when we walked in the door our dog was the one!!! The atmosphere was loving, fun, and spacious. We were able to play and cuddle with the dogs. Saeed was very patient, professional, kind, and knowledgeable with all of our questions. This was a very emotional experience for us and Puppy Dreams were able to understand and create an environment where we felt right at home.

The place is clean. While we were there, one of the workers was cleaning out the "cages". The staff was very helpful. They had a wide variety of dog breeds. Prices are a bit higher than I have paid for puppies in the past, but my husband and daughter in law had their hearts set on getting dachshunds.

We had a great experience at Puppy Dreams! So clean and the staff clearly care about the puppies and take great care of them, playing with them and socializing them. I never thought I would be able to find a Scottish Terrier here in Memphis, but we found this beautiful girl and decided on the spot to bring her home. She has won over our whole family, including our American Bulldog! They play together like they're litter mates! We did change her name from Lochlan to Tasha, and she is so smart she is already answering to it!

Everything was amazing!!! I had an amazing Counselor who answered all of my questions with integrity. The dogs are very well taken care of and will make anyone or any family an amazing companion. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking for their next pet…

The place are neat and clean and the staff are accomodating. They will guide you and answer your queries well.

We are on the brink not to buy one, but the owner saw our kids really like the dog. He gave us a HUGE offer. I appreciate the generosity of the owner.

The staff there is very friendly and helpful. My sales Representative name is Toni, she’s wonderful. My new addition to my family is a Shih Tzu
2 months old. I brought him home on Saturday August 23, 2023 and he did wonderful over the weekend. Me and my husband purchased him for my daughter and she is loving him. This is our first pet, however it feels as if he has been with us forever.

Puppy Dreams is an amazing place if you’re looking for a puppy. They have some of the best customer service. Chase one of staff members helped us with the puppies and you can tell the staff takes good care of their puppies. I would highly recommend puppy dream!!

Absolutely amazing! The staff is very polite and knowledgeable; the facility is always clean and smalls good. Chase gave me great insight on the puppy I was inquiring about and did not hassle me about time with my puppy play date. The puppies are well taken care of and clean! With all of the benefits and going home items , it makes it convenient and less of a hassle , rather than purchasing and going to vet for the vaccines individually.

My daughter and I were just going to stop by and check out the store. However, upon looking the place over and seeing the awesome inventory, we had to take our newest family member, Patches (a Bernedoodle) home!! So much love in this place!!!

We came to look at the puppies, and loved that they have reputable USDA breeders! Lots of doodle mixes and the bernedoodle we saw was very happy and cuddly! Definitely will look here when we finally decide to get a puppy!
