Primary Eye Care of Arlington

This was my first visit to Primary Eye Care of Arlington. (New to the area). From scheduling the initial appointment to the visit today, the follow up and communication was first rate. My appointment today was very thorough. Every staff member was helpful and polite. The optometrist was very caring and thorough when handling a potential issue with one of my eyes. My only comment is it appears the website needs updating to ensure the current staff is represented on the webpage. Thank you.

Amazing Customer Service. I felt welcomed by the southern hospitality as soon as I walked in the door. Ms. Elizabeth is so nice and I made my first time experience memorable. From the eye exam with the tech to the final visit with the doctor, everything was top notch with a smooth process in between. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment and look forward to my next visit!

Upon entering the office, I was greeted with a smiles and a welcome. Everyone was very nice and polite. Doctors showed interest in my well being and answered every question. I’m very happy with my visit. ❤

Friendly and informative staff. The most thorough eye exam I have ever had. All of my results were explained. The information and recommendations given were helpful. I highly recommend them.

Awesome experience! Everyone was very friendly and professional! As soon as I checked in I was called back. The girl who did all my tests was really nice, she explained every test before she did them. Dr Henson and her intern were very thorough with the eye exam. They took the time to discuss everything in detail. The girl that helped me with my glasses, was really nice, and explained everything on the bill, I knew what I was paying for before I left, with no surprises. I will definitely go back, and highly recommend.

Great first visit. Dr Hinson, hope I got correct, was friendly thorough and discussed the details of my exam. Some tests, I had not had before and she walked me through what they mean associated with my age. Enjoyed the environment.

I haven’t been to an eye doctor in over 20 years until today!! I couldn’t have been more pleased with Primary Eye Care of Arlington! They took me right in immediately and treated me like family!! Took the time to sit and talk with me to find what worked for me as an individual. Very professional team that they have there and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone I know and even those that I don’t know!! If you need to see and eye doctor call Primary Eye Care of Arlington!!

Great staff and doctor. Very thorough and little to no waiting time. They could use a nicer tech though. But everyone else was wonderful.

I was impressed with the thoroughness of my eye exam and clear explanation of findings and results. Dr. Nanji answered my many questions and Joey also very knowledgeable and explained the various aspects of the exams. The front desk very cordial, professional, the technicians were as well. I highly recommend the entire team and I’m glad I found them!

This eyecare center is awesome! You are taken care of immediately upon entering the beautiful office. Great selection of frames, great employees and great atmosphere. Taliyah was most helpful in selecting my frames with me. Very nice young lady. I highly recommend Primary Eye Care. Right off Airline Road in Arlington, TN.

Easygoing staff, great doctor and a nice comfortable environment

Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait after my appointment time. Very satisfied with my visit.

Pleasant staff and facility works. A few estitic items but warm and friendly set of offices.
Doctor was super friendly and provided great review of information. Happy to have been referred and will use again when needed.

Doctor and doctor student was phenomenal! Opticians not so much. Debbie was nice as she was getting sale but after I informed them there were certain things I didn’t want added on to my glasses she started telling me what I can’t remove like ma’am I have been buying glasses for years I can reject everything on the list if I wanted to! All opticians are this way they want you buy certain things which is understandable but never had one to tell me what I cannot take off! Im disappointed because I had eye doctor I usually go to but this location is closer to me so I decided to try this place out. Doctors was super sweet and understanding but optician team was nice until I started checking things off the list and they changed. This will be my first and last time here. I hate that because I really did like the doctor.

This optometrist really takes her time with you. She wants to make sure you have a clear understanding of your eye needs. The staff is friendly and personable.

All of the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The doc was thorough and spent time listening to concerns and explaining treatments. The office is very nice, very clean. The opticians were amazing! They took time to meet all my needs at a very reasonable price. Wonderful experience.
