America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I don't usually leave reviews but I needed to for this location! Last week was my first time coming here and from the time I walked in, I knew I made the right decision. Everyone was very nice and professional. Dr. Hill was very thorough and nice. It was an added bonus that he was funny! He was explained everything before he did it and I was thankful for that. After the exam, I met Kenya (yes the same one many people have raved about). Kenya was so nice and explained everything as well. She made me feel like I was definitely valued as a customer and I love that. My only issue was that my contacts were not in stock but that was fixed immediately but ordering them. I left with a smile on my face and it is safe to say that I will be coming back! If you're contemplating, please go! You wont regret it.

I was treated kindly and felt welcomed. The staff was helpful and the office was organized nicely. Dr. Chen was great to work with, along with each of the other staff members. I opted out of purchasing in the store so not sure about their products and prices. Thanks for the help!

I thought the whole experience was terrific. The exams was fast and easy. The frame selection was good and VERY well priced. The 2 for one deal is fantastic for someone like me. I worked with Kenya to order my frames and she was great to work with.

Donesha at the front desk was very kind and courteous. The tech, Kayla did an amazing job working me up to see the doctor. Dr. Strumpfler went above and beyond on my exam. Jackie was my salesperson and I got everything I wanted with a reasonable price. Great experience.

Need glasses. Made an appointment. Had a 45 min wait. Dr Hill did the exam, he was phenomenal, very helpful and personable. He made my grandchild feel very comfortable. Kenya was very helpful at check out. We picked the perfect set of glasses for Makayla. 2 pairs for 79.94...We are pleased we will be going back

I had a good experience at America’s Best. I was assisted by Jackie and Dr. Chen. They were both quick yet efficient as they helped me. Everyone one was friendly as well, and there were plenty of options to choose from. Definitely recommend!

Very good customer experience with my appointment at America’s Best on Highway 64 in Bartlett. Staff listen to my concerns and didn’t disregard me as just a consumer but a patient. During my eye exam Dr. Hill was very informative and respectful. While picking my glasses Breana was very helpful and understood my needs.

Such a great experience with a great staff! Princess, Kenya, the Dr., Robin, and Ms. D are a blessing included in the visit. Thank you all and I will be an continuous customer.😁

The service was great!
I had a walk-in appointment for my Eye exam and contacts today and the service was excellent. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and I had my new prescription and contacts in time to check out the eclipse.

We worked with Kenya. She was so great, my husband is difficult to work with and she didn't miss a beat. Superb Customer Service.

The staff was great. I had Dr.Safi and Kenya as my glasses ordered. Both ladies are sweet and professional. It was a little bit of a wait but definitely worth it at a good price.

My first time there was by far the best experience I had. Kenya was very helpful and quick to meet the needs. When I was getting exams, everyone was friendly and informative. I will definitely come back.

My daughter took her first eye exam at America's Best and Kayla took great care of her. My daughter was scared upon arrival and with Kayla's, she left smiling.

I could not be happier with the services we received at the Hwy 64 Bartlett store!! Let me tell you, eyewear shopping with a teen is not an easy undertaking, but the patience and knowledgeable staff helped me navigate this process. Arnold Crespo (store manager) was so professional, he actually took the time to explain various options best suited for my daughter’s needs. I would highly recommend them!

I just wanted to say my experience here was AMAZING!!!! I was nervous to go to a new eye doctor, but everyone here was so kind and considerate! The whole experience was great, from the front desk to walking out the door. Myeshia and Dr. Strumpflor were so thorough and explained everything about the exam in a kind manner. Arnold also helped me understand my options and benefits when it came to getting contacts/glasses, plus he was very nice!

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an eye doctor!

I have to say that the people here are so awesome. Arnold saved the day multiple times for me. Robyne was so nice and helpful. Breana is very nice. Everyone here was just fantastic. I would recommend this place to everyone.

It was my first time going here and I had such a good experience! Myseshia was super sweet and answered any questions I had. Dr. Safi did an excellent job and was super sweet and friendly! Arnold helped me with the process of buying my glasses and explained the process to me and cleared up any confusion!
