LensCrafters at Macy's

What a PLEASANT experience I had! From setting up my appointment, with the delightful Quoya, to getting detailed driving directions from the very patient and friendly Christina, and lastly my appointment with the fabulous Dr. McIntosh was outstanding! I highly recommend THIS MACY'S LensCrafters!! So nice, when people are BOTH professional AND friendly!!

I received exceptional service from Marsha, Quoya, and Christina. They were helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. This reminded me of customer service of long ago. Mrs. Thompson is such a delight to interact with from start to finish. My experience was great, I felt I was in good hands like the Allstate commercial!! However, it took an awful and traumatizing experience at your neighbor lens crafters store in the mall that made me stroll into Macys!!! Kudos to the entire LensCrafters Macys Team! I applaud their team efforts for working well together, yes customers notice! And to the leadership, thank you for your dedication to providing quality service!

Christina is amazing and she literally won me back with her care and her charisma. I can't thank her enough just for actually caring about my situation and many aren't like that anymore. I appreciate this woman. This place has a gorgeous frame selection.

Marsha, the manager of LensCrafters at Macy's was very polite, friendly, professional with a good sense of humor which, in my opinion, helped create an amazing customer experience. During my experience, she was orienting a new staff member and her interaction with the person was very admirable. Marsha was patient and explained policy/procedure to the new employee making it a very comfortable experience. I highly recommend the services provided by these two remarkable ladies.

Such a great joy to see an optometrist with great concern and patience with great staff willing to be very helpful and patient as well.

My technician was vey helpful with selection. She went over and beyond by going to another Lens crafter to grab the glasses I wanted so they could fit the bifocal so I could place the order of my glasses. This was commendable for me!

Mrs. Marsha Thompson was a great help. She was patient and knowledgeable. She made me feel that I was a valuable customer and helped me pick a pair of eye glasses that will make me feel and look fabulous. Excellent customer service.

The team at the location is completely perfect. Very personal and engaging. From the first contact I made with them the woman on the phone used the phrase “Awesome sauce” i (I think her name is Christina) I knew it was going to be a great choice to get my glasses.

The doctor was super polite, and did not make me feel uncomfortable, James wad super polite and easy to talk to. And Mrs Thompson gave the best experience I have had being not 21.

Marsha was a lifesaver. My 7 yo needed glasses and I was lost. Marsha helped my boy find the glasses he loves. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything along the way. She even helped me with what to expect having a child with a significant astigmatism wearing glasses the first time. Her knowledge and insight was invaluable and I can’t thank her enough. I had a wonderful experience. I went in to get some glasses because it wasn’t time to use my insurance this year but my current glasses were all scratched. It was going to cost too much from my optometrist. So I decided to try LensCrafters. The lady was very helpful. She helped me pick out frames. She even took pics on her eye pad so I could see them since I couldn’t see in the mirror without my current glasses. She gave honest opinions on how they looked. She was focused on me as a customer until we were finished. Very friendly and professional.
