Excellent customer service. The banker went above and beyond helping me with my request. Even as we encountered some hiccups he promptly took action and did so with a smile on his face until the job was done.

The building itself is also nice and parking was easy.

The Citizens employee was very helpful, friendly, efficient, and effective and really helped me with getting my issue resolved. I recommend Citizens Bank to anyone and everyone!!!

Sorry to say that the staff is so careless and never answer the questions. they always put you in wrong direction. They give you more wrong options to open an account. Three months ago citizen bank send me an offer to get $300 free after opening checking and saving account with them. I did everything whatever they said to me and now three months passed and I asked them to give me the money you offered. But now they started ignoring me and even not getting my phone calls. there are so many issues are going on with this bank they are charging monthly fee and other things too.....please be aware from this citizen bank .....
