Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I always have a great experience with Papa Murphy’s. Today when I called Papa Murphy’s. I explained how I was struggling to order online specific items. I had to order online in order to apply a coupon code. An assistant manager named Nicki took my order over the phone and she made things much easier for me. She also applied my coupon over the phone. When I picked up my pizzas. Nicki the assistant manager was very kind. Her attitude was contagious. She is very friendly, nice, patient, kind and bubbly. I wasn’t having the greatest day. After walking into Papa Murphy’s Nicki’s positive attitude made my day a lot better!!!!! Kindness can go along ways in this world.

Customer service here is fantastic. Even when you mess things up online they fix your mistake. Food is always amazing and worth using. This one by far is my favorite one to use for the chain. Always clean, employees are always friendly.

I order online fairly frequently, and it's usually correct. I love that I can pick up my order quickly, from the rack just inside the store.

I am a regular customer of the papa murphys in New prague. I have been having some issues with my pizzas bubbling during cooking the past month. Finally decided to call in after a pizzacooking as a complete giant bubble. I was informed that their pizza dough has changed and needs to be proofed and set out for an hour before cooking. While I don't prefer to have to do this as this is usually our spir of the moment takeout option what I was very impressed with wasthe customer service. I spoke with Nikki over the phone who was very kind and helpful. She also personally delivered me my entire order plus some extra treats to my house. I truly appreciate a store who values their customers enough to listen to their issues and go above and beyond in my opi ion to make it right. Will continue to be our go to store for pizza night.

We've been getting pizza a little more often lately than I care to admit, lol! And this is the store we prefer to go to (Savage being the other option) because the service is always great! We get the same two pizzas and they're always ready to go when I get there so I can get in and out and back home, much appreciated!!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. There was one man that may have been a Manager that was a little rude to me, his name was either Chris or Craig. Other than that everything was perfect! Everyone seemed in good spirits and the pizza was prepared perfectly! You may want to cook the pizzas a little longer than what it says on their instructions but other than that their pizzas are great. It is very nice to have a Papa Murphy's in New Prague! I would recommend this store to anyone!

Pizza is always good, service always friendly. For the first time I just ordered online with their app, was in and out in no time flat! Very nice!
