Caleb is the best sales rep I have ever seen of or heard of, he gave me and my mom the best phones with the best deals and very helpful tips and tricks that we can do with our phones. Really funny person, nice, and above all excellent at his work.

I’ve called a few stores and the customer service wasn’t very good, one store wouldn’t even answer the phone (Del Rio, TX). I live in Texas and my father is in Michigan...I called the Monroe, Michigan store to get a phone for my dad and the customer service by Victoria was outstanding. He’s not exactly tech savvy but she took the time and helped him through the process. He had stores much closer but drove the extra 30 minutes because of how helpful she was over the phone. It’s hard to find good customer service today and Cricket needs more employees like her, ones that care.

I have to say that I have never experienced a cricket employee as knowledgeable as Caleb Arnette! I was having a problem with our phones. I called cricket customer service and couldn't get it resolved. I called this Monroe location and the gentleman said "come in and I'll see if I can help you". When I explained to him our situation he understood completely why I was frustrating and was able to make the correction. I have experienced cell phone stores before where you felt like you were being held hostage to get what you needed accomplished. It definitely wasn't that way in this store. I witnessed him waiting on a customer before us and how polite and courteous and helpful he was to her also. Please don't hesitate to come into this store when you need help with your phone or you would like to purchase a new phone. Thank you again, Caleb for resolving this for us!

Tiffany is an amazing customer service rep. Anytime I come in the store, she is always willing to help. I don’t like going in there when it’s just the male employee is there because he is super rude and I feel like I’m a burden to him. I will only go into the store when Tiffany is there because I feel so welcomed and appreciated!!

Caleb is the best sales rep my son and I have experienced since having cricket wirless as a phone provider. He's very friendly and is great all around. Love this store and him.

Kristin and Joshuah are amazing!!! Best customer service I have ever had with cricket wireless or any cell phone carrier for that matter!!! So worth the 20 minute drive and I will continue to come back anytime I need anything with my account!!!! Give these two a raise!!!!

The manager there, Jason, is super helpful and willing to do whatever it is to keep his customers happy. Great experience in customer service aspect. Network is pure gold! Overall cricket and Jason kick ass!

I want to commend the wonderful fellow at you have working for you name is Jay he was so wonderful he helped me so much I'm an 83 year-old lady and he know he just took care of everything for me he's just absolutely marvelous stupendously marvelous thank you so much for having him here for me and for all the other old ladies who need help for these phones that we don't understand he's a wonderful that's all I can say is just wonderful and I'm going to send people to him every time I can thank you

Kristin was very very helpful. This was my first phone and she just connected with me and understood what I was searching for and why. Walked in with no idea I'd actually purchase a phone and walked out with the Alcatel Onetouch idol 3 with the " Smart " plan and protect.

Came in with a problem with my phone and Gabrielle helped. She was the nicest person I met so far. Great service and great help. Would be fool not to change to them
