Fishmaster has the best customer service you could ask for. My order was quickly shipped out, and arrived on time. I had emailed them with a question, and I recieved an immediate response. You couldn't ask for a more professionally run company, with excellent customer service. Not to mention that their products are well made, with excellent quality control. I would highly recommend their fishmaster T tops and accessories.

Good, I'm satisfied - I received excellent support from Fish Master. I had a problem with one of the T-Top supports and Fish Master responded quickly. They sent me replacement parts and explained very thoroughly the how these parts interfaced with my T-Top Model. The service was excellent, timely and high quality. I would highly recommend Fish Master T Tops.

Best value T Top on the market! I've had numerous tops in past, custom and pre-fab. This one is worth every penny! Very solid! Easy install! Had a small issue and they INSTANTLY handled it better than expected! Great customer service! Most companies have forgotten how to treat customers. Nice to see these guys still understand how business works!

I purchased this T-Top in 2015. To install it, took about 4 hours with my son taking our time to do it right. I had no issues following the instructions and was very pleased with the results. The T-Top materials are very good and well thought-out. I have been running my boat now for a year with the T-Top and had absolutely no problems at all. I will be looking to purchases some of the accessories for the top like the windshield and equipment box. I recommend this product highly.

Payton did a great job servicing my questions and requests. The only thing I wish is that the 800 number would be answered by a live person and not straight to voicemail although Payton was pretty quick to respond to my emails. And, she did call me to answer some of my questions.

I purchased a Pro XL T Top from Fishmaster. I also purchased a swing back leaning post from a competitor, only because Fishmaster does not currently offer a swingback leaning post. The Fishmaster T Top was built with precision and assembly was a snap. Definitely top quality materials, workmanship, hardware and protective packaging. I highly recommend this product.
I wish I could say the same about the competitor, who also sells T Tops. Their leaning post was a nightmare to assemble because unclean weld lines prevented proper mating of components, and making bolt holes misalign.

My T top has been installed now for almost 1 year. I am very happy with the product. Before I ordered I had a couple questions. The folks at Fishmaster were prompt, very helpful and seemed generally concerned with my questions. The top arrived a few days after ordering. Instructions were straight forward. Install was fairly easy. Defiantly would recommend. Planning on adding electrical box as soon as wife gives go ahead.

One of the legs to our T-Top snapped off due to our negligence not the quality of the tower. We called and they said a replacement was not a problem and it would cost around $100.00. Sounded more than fair to me. When I got around to ordering the part they said it was covered under warranty and they would replace it for free. Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service and to boot a fantastic T-Top at a great price. We have also purchased, the electronics box, the rollup windshield and several rod holders....all are excellent quality at a fair price. This is a great company to do business with, we highly recommend Fishmaster.

My wife and I are very pleased with the quality, ease of installation and looks of the T-top we purchased from you - it really opened up our boat for ease of fishing and comfort. We don't feel like it was a trade-off at all going from a Bimini top we fished around but rather a huge improvement. It has held up great and we love it!

My experience with Fishmaster has been nothing but positive. Ordering was easy, the top arrived in great shape and assembly was fairly straight forward.
The top is strong, no rattles, and looks good on my Carolina Skiff. I've towed it with top up for up to 12 hours without any issue.

I am a charter boat captain, and purchased a top with accessories to compliment my boat capabilities. I get compliments from the crew and love the cost of it. Easy to install, and best of all... the quality is top notch!

I initially purchased a Fishmaster Casting Platform and Grab Rail a few weeks ago. The products shipped quickly and were packed professionally. Assembly and installation was exceptionally easy. I have subsequently purchased four rod holders, which are a perfect compliment to the platform and rail. As you can see from the picture, the rod holders attach well to the Casting Platform so they are out of the way and not a tripping hazard. The Grab Rail, installed as directed by FM, is sturdy and really opens up the Poling Platform to additional use. I would recommend adding a beverage holder up top, which I have done. I lost track of all the drinks I kicked overboard when I placed them on the platform to fight a fish. Overall, I could not be happier. My guide friends at the marina (who are kind of snobbish when it comes to anything on a boat) have given my Fish Master products the "once over" and awarded them two thumbs up!

Well built and arrived quickly. I looked at other aftermarket T-tops and am very satisfied with my choice. Free shipping and everything in stock made the process exciting not frustrating. Would buy again if given the opportunity.

Great product and awesome customer service, that only a few company's have this day and time in this world anymore. Leave a text are call and they do get back with you. I sure hope they do for you as well.

I can only say the best about Fishmaster T tops and their above and beyond customer service!!! Had a minor issue that was handle with an utmost priority by Steve and Taylor!!! There was no time wasted in communicating or providing solutions. As someone who has spent the last 30 years working in customer service oriented jobs, it was truly a pleasure to be on the receiving end of excellent and exceptional customer service!!!

I would have to say that Fishmaster was the most pleasant experience I had while putting this boat together. I went all out and got the top, the box, the storage bag, LED light bar, windscreen, cup holders...what an awesome addition to my boat...its not even the same anymore...And dealing with staff was terrific...I either lost or was missing 3 bolts and boom they came like the next day. Fishmaster is the only way to go for these items!!!
