Dropped in for no reason.. just wanted to see what they had, maybe find a good deal. They were empty when I was there and after asking me if I needed any help, struck up a conversation with an employee (don't think the manager liked that since she told him to move to the counter) I felt he was providing great customer service.. talking to me about some of the items I had interest in. In the end.. before heading to the front of the store.. he helped me with a projector that caught my eye. Spent $200 in that store that I think if it wasn't for him.. I would have just walked past and left without it. If you going to Eazy Pawn... Look out for Juan.. provides great customer service and very friendly. Only one that said hi when I walked in. Go see Juan for help!!

Arlet from San Benito Ezpawn was very helpful and patient with me during my purchasing experience, what I liked the most was their offer of a 6 month exchange program were I could bring back my item and exchange or use it as credit for any of the products there, strongly recommend visiting they will work with you on your pawn/purchase.

You can tell the staff here get very busy but they try their best to work fast to get to you. They treat all customers with patience and respect and in my experience they are very friendly. They answer any questions you have and provide you with honest information. I have also found some great deals here in electronics and accessories/jewelry. I trust this store and would recommend it.

Great customer service. Went in looking for a PS5 but they didn’t have any but Yadira was very attentive and got my information whenever a PS5 comes out for sale.

I returned a laptop that had 6 month warranty on it from an Ez Pawn in Harlingen and had never been to the San Benito Ez Pawn location before. Justin & Chay were very helpful with any questions I had about their inventory and finding an HP laptop. Found a great deal and now I have my work from home laptop. 👍🏼
