This store is so amazing and all of the staff is so nice and friendly! Savo was the one helping us, and he was very friendly and personable. Savo was really great at making recommendations without being pushy or making it seem like we needed more than what we asked for. He was very good at multitasking, making conversation, and answering any questions we had. Marina was also very helpful and helped me figure out my iPhone, as that was the phone I was switching to after being a long time android user. I highly recommend asking for either of them! Thank y’all for the great customer service!

I had to replace my phone recently. I really loved my phone so I wasn’t too excited about getting a new one. I had to go after work so I was tired. Marina and all the sales reps were awesome. She made sure I had everything I needed and even provided me a few options for things I hadn’t considered. I can’t recommend them enough; they were really a fun team to interact with.

The ladies there are so patient and kind, they take time with their more seasoned customers, who have very little clue about these cellphone operations, me included, I'm learning though as I go along

Was only in town for a few days to visit my mom and get her a new phone set up on my account with T-Mobile. She was currently with someone else and on a prepaid plan. So a whole lot going on there with switching sims, transferring phone numbers and carriers and all that. Izabelle assisted me through the whole process and I feel like she truly went out of her way to make sure everything was right and we were able to get past any roadblocks. She got me out of there quickly, made my mom happy and was patient and positive through the whole thing. We need a lot more people like this doing retail. Thank you!

Crystal was incredible. The store was full of customers with a myriad of needs but she really gave each issue the individual attention and care it deserved. I waited wayyyy too long to upgrade my phone and was having a really hard time getting the new one to work and paired successfully with my watch. It took hours to figure out but she really went above and beyond to make sure it all worked out. Awesome all around, highly recommend!!!

Came in earlier yesterday and Isabelle was fantastic! The store was filled with customers and she made sure to give her attention to each and every one of us. So glad to know good customer service still exists.

I had such a great experience in store the staff was so friendly especially this one associate named Izabelle Camacho she greeted me very nicely when I came into the store she immediately assisted me when I went into the store to get a new phone she helped me through the entire process and clarified anything I didn’t understand. My experience at this store was better than any other T-mobile I have been to. Izabelle was very helpful and she answered every question I had. She fulfilled all of my needs and was very kind and extremely helpful.

Went in on a Sunday, was in and out within 30 mins extremely great service and knowledgeable employees.

Have been to this location 3 times now. Once to purchase a new phone for me. Once to purchase a new phone for my wife. And today, to have them activate a new phone that was replaced due to theft. All three times received excellent customer service.

Everyone here is so friendly, every time I come in here these 2 young ladies are always so helpful and really go out of their way to help me , keep up the good work !! Antinique was so helpful and so was the other young lady I forgot her name
