My computer died and I had no backup. Gino was very understanding and quick to help me out. He did what others were quoting me 4 times the cost! I appreciate his customer service and trustworthiness. I will definitely recommend him to my friends. I am so happy to have all my documents back, safe and sound.

We have been using ABS for all our computer services for many years. Geno, the owner has been been very helpful with fixing ll our problems, bugs and hacks; he comes to the house to do the work, and when he leaves, we're back in business. We even bought our last computer from him! To top it off, he has a great personality and really cares about his customers!

My very first visit, "above board" customer service. Warm welcome. Thorough inspections. Immediately felt my laptop was in good hands. While servicing my keyboard, I was able to use loaner for very important presentation. Although I cannot recommend for everyone, I was very impressed with the consideration of my business. I can't say enough about Gino's work. I moved, needed help with everything including set up of pc, getting rid of junk-type files, etc. He came the day I called. He fixed everything! He was here for 2 hours and the charges were extremely reasonable! (A lot better than GEEK Squad who also told me they couldn't make it for another 2 weeks.) I would recommend him to anyone needing computer assistance of any kind.

Gino from ACS was highly recommended to me. I tried him about 9 months ago when my computer crashed and was blown away by his knowledge and his ability to speak to me about computers and not speak down to me. The biggest surprise was cost.....I was told by others I needed a new computer. ACS had me up and running in less than a day for much, much less than a new computer. Gino just left my office (on a Saturday morning) after installing improvements I asked for, again the cost was extremely affordable. I now have a better machine than new and not even close to the what I had expected to pay for new. I have HIGHLY recommended ACS to others and they are now fans also!

Absolute Computer Services are always on time and very knowledgeable of computer problems. The tech explained what the problem is and how it is going to be fixed so I can understand it. The charges are more than reasonable and they are very fast in their service. They have been to my home a few times to help us and I would not hesitate to call the company again if the need arises. They are terrific in all aspects.

I was unable to gain access to any of the business software programs on one of the partitions I had created on my hard drive. I brought my tower into Gino on 7/1/2015. He took the time to review the issue with me and I was back up and running the same day. Turned out I had a glitch in the software program I had used to partition my hard drive and Gino gave me recommendations to correct the error which I was able to do on my own. No charge from Gino, though he saved my day.

ACS has earned my future business for any computer issues or questions I may have in the future.

ACS, owned by Gino Falcetta - mostly a one man operation, at least what I have seen. You always are told what was wrong and how fixed with good detail shown on receipt .Gino excels in his business; is personable and patient. . Prices are reasonable. He is generous with his time and explanations. the work for me has always been prompt if not immediately when I come in the shop.

Geno is the owner of ACS and is a joy to work with. He does exactly what you need, and doesn't try to upsell you. I can't recommend this guy too highly. I had a laptop with a dirty fan, but it still worked. Gino realized that nobody wants to take a working computer out of production for days just to have preventive maintenance done and worked with me to schedule a time when he could get it done quickly. Nice!

I had spoke to my routing company about not being able to connect to my internet for 72 hours, trying all kinds of things I was still unable to get on. I was told that I have a virus and I should get it fixed before it corrupts my computer!? I came across this ACS site and saw nothing but GREAT reviews, I thought, hey lets try this since I know Geek squad is a rip off. I called before to be sure they were available as their site requests, and I got a hold of Gino. He walked me through 2 steps as he was stuck in traffic over the phone and BAM! my internet access was available like that! He was so kind and genuine to save me time and money and be so generous to take the time to explain this to me without picking my pocket! It was no charge!! He proves that there is still some GREAT customer service out there as well as simply just a kind human being!! Thank you so much I couldn't have been more appreciative! Gino you're the best!

ABOVE AND BEYOND! When I spilled a drink on my laptop and fried it, I called ACS just because it was the local shop. Was I ever surprised with the quality of service and the expertise I found there!
Gino came right over to my workplace and picked up the computer to start working on saving over 360GBs of important video and photo data.
He was courteous, professional and he not only saved my data, but built a beautiful new computer for me that far surpasses my original. The price was shockingly low for a TB hard drive and the transfer of all that data to the new drive. He also provided a huge monitor, keyboard, mouse and had me up and running much faster than I had anticipated. I whole heartedly recommend ACS and am now a lifetime customer! I feel lucky that my "local computer shop" is the BEST shop! 5 Stars Gino!
