Friendly and helpful every time. My preferred place to ship from, especially with their extended hours compared to the other offices.

I visited this post office recently. It was in the afternoon, the weather was beautiful, and I just had to write this review due to the incredible customer service I received. Sue was extremely helpful, kind and went out of her way to answer my questions and help me understand what I needed to get my packages delivered. Personally I would not be happy if I were stuck inside on such a nice day but she had such a gracious demeanor while going about helping customers that I wanted to leave a review. Hossain who was working with her was also helpful and I am so thankful for their hard work. I am also thankful for the extended hours at this location (open Saturdays late and also on Sundays), which they make possible, and hope they are not taken for granted, and that they get recognized for what they do.

I stopped by this location today to ship some Christmas packages. I usually go to the main post office on Karner Road, but this one was convenient for me today. I am sorry I didn't get the name of the woman who took care of me because she was friendly and helpful beyond words. She repackage a box for me to save me money and explained what I should do for future shipments to save money. There was a line which is to be expected in the middle of December, but they moved the people through quickly. Thanks for the great service!

No matter how busy they are at this mall location, the staff here are always so helpful, give you their complete attention to explain your best options and always smile and make you feel like they are glad for your business, unlike some other locations where they just don’t care because they know that you know that there’s no other place to go! The postal workers at the Colonie Center mall are the BEST—all of them amazingly enough! Not one bad apple in the bunch and I go here often.

I have been using this Post Office for many years. It is very conveniently located at Colonie Center and it usually stays open till 8:00 pm. The service is always excellent. Everyone is always very helpful, friendly and efficient.

I have a love hate relationship with this office. It is open late 7 days a week and offers dedicated parking spaces (amazing). The service can be rude at times, and the line can be horrendously long.

This place does a great job. I've been using it for years to mail packages, tax payments and items to ship in packages. Neve an issue. 5 stars

Person at the counter was friendly and fast. But it's hard to find, hope my photos helped, best way to find it, enter from outside the mall between Christmas tree shop & Boscov's

Quick and easy to get through. And, yes, for the holiday they are opened on Sundays. Just stopped in around 4pm on a Sunday!
