The team at this location was extremely kind, helpful and very easy to rent an enclosed trailer. I called the following day to see if it was possible to rent the trailer for one more day and luckily it was an option for me. They made the transition so smooth. I definitely plan on doing business with them again soon to move items out of my storage units! Thank you!

Oh my! I don’t even know if words can begin to describe these guys, but I’ll try my best! Such a pleasant experience renting a trailer from here. I probably did everything I could’ve done wrong, but they were so accommodating and helpful about all of it. The attendant was the PERFECT level of sarcastic—not condescending at all, but still super hilarious! He was jokes all around while still providing fast and efficient service. Loved the experience, and I can solidly say I will go to them for all of my future uHaul needs!

They had all the right to turn me away and ruin my plans, but they not only helped me sort out the rental but also thoroughly made sure it was in working order!

After looking at a few other options in the area we decided to go with Shakopee Mini Storage when storing our belongings after selling our home. It was critical for us to have a clean and secure unit and facility because the things we were storing are very important to us. They checked all of the boxes when it came to security, cleanliness and price! Kristina was also very helpful in us getting setup with our unit. I would recommend them hands down!

I recently had the opportunity to rent a 26 foot truck from Shakopee Mini Storage. I had a standing reservation for a truck at the 98th and Lyndale U-Haul location however while en route, I happened to drive past Shakopee Mini Storage which was within a mile of the location where the truck would be needed.

I called Shakopee Mini Storage on the chance that if they had the same size truck, I might be able to transfer my reservation to their location.

My call was immediately answered by Kristina in a most professional and cheerful manner. She answered a few of my questions and then transferred me to DuWayne who informed me they had a truck available and I could come by to pick it up.

Upon my arrival, both Kristina and DuWayne expedited the rental process and within a few minutes had a truck idling and waiting for me to use.

The drop-off process was devoid of any extraneous procedures and I have to say that this was my best U-Haul truck rental experience ever. And over the past 40 years, I've had a few.

As impressive as the overall service, immaculate facility and truck condition was, the friendly and professional help I received from Kristina and DuWayne was by far the most impressive.
