Great customer service!

Customer service was good except one worker she was Hispanic I believe she was very inconvenient she asked for my shoe size went to the back and walked out with no shoe and started helping another gentleman I was like wow granted I kept changing my shoe size but I was trying to find a conferable shoe for work I ended up finding 2 pair of vapor pro max and 1 air max and was happy with my service from the nice lady that was patient with me I hope she got great commission

Customer service was great ..we had some kid he knew his knowledge about the Jodrans.ended up walking out with shoes for everyone ..

Yesterday I went there looking for lemelo balls shout out to the guy who put me on to the KD 15s sorry I forgot your name. Hands down nicest employee I ever met at a store

Foot Locker in Colonie Center will never get my business after I called for the Nike Vapormax was told they have it I get there the guy just sold the last 1 in the size I asked about. Had to go to crossgates but not before wasting 45mins waiting for a bus to get there. They employees need not be simple and dumb and most definitely need better training

Great store that serves customers they way it should. Aside from the great inventory maintenance and the beautiful store interior design, the staff is knowledgeable and has great taste to efficiently suggest options

This is the best Foot Locker in the area. The staff is great, especially Malik. If they don't have an item I want, they gladly order it.

100% better than the crossgates footlocker! Maliek helped me re-order shoes that didn't fit and showed excellent customer service ,I went to crossgates trying to get the shoes in a different size they said they couldn't order them that they were out of stock, obviously that was faulse because our friend over at colonie footlocker got it done! -Amanda & Nick
