Josh helped me set up a new contract plan to transition from my prepaid so that I could get the iPhone 15 pro max I wanted! Apple was unable to assist me due to my plan type when I tried a few days ago and I was super disheartened.
I’m so glad I decided to drop into AT&T while at the mall today. Everyone kept telling me to switch to Spectrum due to plan cost. As most know though, you get what you pay for.
I love my phone and I’m so excited to have the plan I need with the provider I’ve loved for 19 years now! Thanks again Josh, I wish I could give ten stars!

Josh was so helpful and very patient. I really appreciate his excellent customer skills and his help in getting me a brand new iphone. I definitely recommend him to future customers.

Jeremy was beyond professional and helpful getting me the accessories I needed. I am truly considering switching to AT&T in the near future simply because of the customer service. If you need someone who knows what they’re doing, go see him he is beyond knowledgeable in his field.

I went into the AT&T store at Colonie center with a problem basically I created bit the staff there was very nice. The store was clean. I spoke with Jason, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with me. most times when I go to the phone stores it can be very frustrating but this actually was a really nice experience hands-down it was it was a great store.

Josh was amazing!! We switched from Verizon and he really hooked us up. His customer service was great and normally we dread going into any phone service stores…. we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Josh!!

The help I received at this location was nothing less than amazing. All 3 employees were very helpful and made it seamless and easy to upgrade my phone and take care of my billing issues. I highly recommend going to this store for any of your AT&T needs!

The Service was was amazing the store was clean and organized. Rafael and Christian were very knowledgeable and polite. They lowered my bill and got watches on bogo with some awesome new accessories for the family!

Jeremy helped me get a great deal on some accessories and I’m now really thinking about porting over my service due to Jeremy’s great customer, service ability, and knowledge of the company of business. Overall great experience

The new manager at this store, Brandi is very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me get my first iPods and they are fantastic as I walk a lot. I would suggest this store in the future.

Went to Crossgates Mall and had a terrible experience. Came to the Colonie Center location and met Noel. Not only did he listen to my concerns, he transfered our service and showed us how to use our new phones. Definitely coming back.

Anthony , the manager of the colonie centre store assisted me in transferring info from an old phone to the warranty replacement phone. He made several trips back to my work to expedite the process. The problem I was having was because the AT&T co. Didn't provide a battery for the newer phone. He was very helpful in getting this problem solved by using e mail to get this done..thank you. I had the best experience! Employees were amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful. I had a problem with my bill and they fixed it within minutes! Would totally recommend going here for any AT&T problems, questions, or needs!

If you have a problem with your phone, go see Nick or Dorothy. They are great. Nick took the time to search solutions online and walk me through them when I was activating a new Iphone. I never would have been able to do this on my own. At the same time while helping me, he and Dorothy were addressing the needs of other customers with the same attention they were giving me. Thank you for all of your help!
