We were VERY pleased with Don B the salesman and installer. He came to the house with samples, reviewed our unique situation, old carpeted creaky floors and 400 pound electric wheelchair concerns. Don helped us make the best choice for our home. The delivery and installation went quickly. Don made the right choice to correct the floor under my leaking washer, he could have covered it up with me being none the wiser, but chose to help me know just how bad it was. I’m grateful for good workmanship during times when I could have been taken advantage of. I’m very pleased and will call back to finish the other parts of my house in the future. We were extremely satisfied with Kathy at the Transit Road store and with our installer. Store was very helpful in assisting us in finding a flooring product for a bathroom, and kept in close contact with us through the installation. The installer communicated well and did an outstanding job of installation, actually better than I expected. We would recommend Custom Carpet to others. We have dealt with Custom Carpet a number of times over the years, and never go to the "big box" stores for flooring.

We needed a new kitchen and bathroom floor. We talked to Pam who was very kind and knowledgeable. She helped us pick out a beautiful floor that was in our budget. I would recommend Custom Carpet Center to anyone. Just ask for Pam she is the best!

Installers were polite, quick, professional and did a great job. Our salesperson was thorough and professional. She went the extra mile to check inventory at the mill to make sure she could give us a reasonably accurate delivery/installation estimate.

We have had two projects done by Custom Carpet Center. One a stair runner and the other a carpet for our front room. Everyone was great to deal with and the whole process was made easy by Jim D and Cliff the installer. We could not be happier with both projects and would recommend them to anyone!

Mark Lalley was so very helpful in getting me a quote for insurance purposes. Thorough and done promptly and was so pleasant when asked to provide it unlike my experience at a local competitor. Other associate Pam Degrace also extremely helpful and pleasant- with finding samples, looking up information, helping me match what I had. All employees there were very nice and store is nice and clean and welcoming with a lot of variety of flooring and carpets.

We purchased a home in July 2022 and the carpet in the family room was in bad shape. Cleaning would not help. We spoke with Mark Lalley at the Orchard Park store and he was exceptional. He helped pick the best carpet for our needs, came to our house and took all the measurements, kept us informed regarding delivery and followed up with us after the carpet was installed. I had vinyl wooden flooring installed in my family room and i love the easy to take care look over wall to wall rug. Thank you custom carpet centers.

I needed some linoleum and had a tight time line to find it. To make matters harder, I was trying to accomplish this via long distance, as I live 3,000 miles away from the location that needed the linoleum. After literally hours online trying to find something at Home Depot, (a very frustrating, annoying experience), I found Custom Carpet Centers in Jamestown, NY.

I explained what I needed to Tracy, who was genuinely interested, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She sent me photos of remnants that she had at her location, we picked one, and the whole transaction was fast and easy.

I recently returned to custom carpet after making a purchase a few years ago. I asked for my salesperson, Michael, who previously sold me my carpet. Once again Michael was helpful and very patient as I tried to narrow down my choices. At his suggestion, I ended up taking home 3 carpet samples to see how it would look with furniture and paint. After my decision, he was prompt in ordering it and worked with me as I coordinated paint time and furniture delivery. Kudos to Michael as he extended kindness, understanding along with his knowledge and professional approach. I am happy to tell my friends and family about my positive shopping experience at Custom Carpet (Orchard Park) !!
