The inventory of products and customer service in Virginia is better than in Maryland.

This store does not offer any promotional offers from 7 eleven and the personnel is very unprofessional and rude, however just the day before I had bought a large coffee at another 7eleven store and at this store they said it ended 3 days ago. Just a way they take advantage of people around here.
If I could give minus stars I would.

I came in to cash in some scratch offs that I got for a gift for my elderly relative. I checked them on my phone the app began to malfunction and so I wasn't able to check the last few tickets. I brought them into the 711 I waited in line patiently. Ahmed the cashier was very rude to me as soon as I had a ticket that was not a winner he told me I was wasting time and I said what? he said why are you wasting time there's a machine back there and I said oh that must be a mistake that got mixed in, he said yes but the are customers waiting and I looked back at the one customer that had a scratch off that he was also waiting to cash and that also happened to be one of the customers that were in line ahead of me, so he had already been serviced and now was coming back for a second time and did not look disturbed Ahmed proceeded to yell at me. I told him there was no need for him to be rude the cards looked just alike, it was a mistake and then when the 2nd card came he was livid and beyond this respectful I've lived by the 711 for many years and have come often and never felt so disrespected and will no longer be a patron of this business.

Very rud customer service I get coffee he doesn’t respect bad service

The hot foods are always cold, or have been sitting out to long. It clearly looks not to be at seven elevens standards. It looks to me like the owners of this seven eleven only care about profits they will leave the hot food- hotdogs, taquitos skewers and hamburger out till it sells no matter how long they have been sitting out.

Why is this 7-11 charging 10 cents for paper bags when the county only charges 5 cents.

Seems like the owner getting over on people. I wonder what else they’re extra charging for. This needs to be reported
