I was searching online for Window coverings and was led by God, and I do believe He sets my path, right to Palace Interior. Didn't hesitate to call. Next day they came out measured and quoted me an extraordinary price. So I ordered only birds room and living room and 10 days later installed and I was so pleased. Perfect so perfect that I ordered the kitchen and door. Gadzooks... You know why they're named PALACE INTERIOR because they turned my condo into a CASTLE AND I LOVE IT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. If you are looking for honesty, professionalism, and a great experience from start to finish I highly recommend this company.

They have an awesome team work, an appointment was set up for an estimate of work to be done, this was handled the next day by Miguel that in a very courteous and professional manner, explain details of work and set up the available date. Palace Interiors representative Angel Hernandez did a wonderful job helping me choose window shades. The installers also were terrific. The company followed up with phone calls. Everybody is professional and polite. I highly recommend them window coverings.

They were very professional, attentive and took the time to explain all the details from start to finish.

It is rare these days that I encounter a business that embraces old school courtesies and professionalism. From the first call, everything went smoothly. Christian. my salesperson came out to my home the same day I called. He was pleasant, patient and easy to work with. I was quite satisfied with his quote and placed the order with him. The few times I needed to call the office, Rosa was courteous, well spoken and efficient. Today was installation day and I was told I'd receive a call around 11:00 from Eric to let me know his ETA. He said 11:30 and was here at 11;30. He zipped through my home doing 7 windows in the blink of an eye. When I noticed the blind on my rear living room window needed to be reversed, he was "No problem". Rosa followed up after Eric was done and e-mailed my warranties, receipts and care instructions. When I asked if she could mail paper copies, she didn't hesitate to reconfirm my address. I HIGHLY recommend Palace Interiors.
