Altitude Trampoline Park

I’m the manager at We Rock the Spectrum and we take our summer camp kids to Altitude Trampoline Park every Friday, and it has been an absolute amazing experience! The kids always have an incredible time, and it’s all thanks to the fantastic staff and management.

Bryan, one of the staff members, was especially wonderful. His enthusiasm and dedication to making sure every child had socks, wrist bands and a great time were truly commendable.

The manager, John, is also incredibly exceptional. He goes above and beyond to accommodate our group, making sure everything runs smoothly and that we have everything we need.

Overall, the experience is fantastic, and I can’t thank the team at Altitude Trampoline Park enough for their hospitality and care. Highly recommend Altitude Trampoline Park!

I HIGHLY recommend this place for fun. The GM took GREAT care of us and the customer service was superb! One thing I disagree with is the fact that they charge a 3% card fee for using a credit or debit card and didn’t have any signage posted anywhere in the facility regarding this which was disappointing but had absolutely NO reflection on the management or staff as it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that their customers are aware of this.

I brought my baby girl here for the first time today and she had a BLAST!! We came in the morning on a Monday so it wasn’t busy at all! I love that she was able to jump around freely without it being too many people around. Frances and the rest of the staff were very nice, professional, and made us feel very welcomed! We will definitely be back and my daughter may even have a birthday party here one day!😊 I 100% recommend bringing your children to Altitude!💜

** Update, they are adding arcade games, massage chairs for parents, and possibly a cafe. They even have a photo booth. This is great.

Ended up getting the membership. 2 hours of jumping any day, discounts for parents and friends with membership.

Really had an enjoyable experience with my grandsons. Place was clean, staff was nice, management was attentive and it was very comfortable. Loved that the kids can have their water bottles at the tables. Thanks for the good experience.

My son loves to come and jump. Frances was very helpful and friendly and Daniel gave individual attention to playing with my son. All the staff are great with children and always seem happy to help in any way they can! Stop by and let the kids work out their energy and have some fun.

Today was my second time visiting Altitude, and my experience was amazing. My nephew couldn’t get enough of the zip line and the basketball games, i loved being able to see him so excited. the staff was phenomenal! Someone that really stuck out was Tim, he helped us out at the register along side another guy, he also came and checked on me and my nephew once or twice. He even helped me clean up the mess my nephew made during a snack break and offered to take other trash! Definitely sold on a membership after my experience today and the excitement it brought my nephew

I’ve been an Altitude member for several years now, and I’ve always been impressed by the staff and the facilities. The general manager, Jon, always greets us with a smile and ensures each visit to Altitude is a fun one! We appreciate Jon, Caden, and all the Altitude staff members!

The manager John is so kind and thoughtful. We love this location of altitude, everyone is always very sweet and the facility is well kept and very clean.

Altitude is amazing! I come here all the time with my nieces and nephews. Frances, Daniel, and others have been a huge help in caring for us and keeping us safe as we jump! The team is always ready to help us in whatever way we need! Thank you Altitude!

John was awesome! He ensured our granddaughters 4th birthday party was stress free and fun for all. Highly recommend this place especially for birthday parties.

Memberships are $10 per kid a MONTH! Unlimited play time & 1 person per member can piggy back for $10 + $3.50 for Altitude socks!

Jon the general manager was very helpful with our daughters birthday party. All of the kids had fun, there was plenty there for them to do.

I had a great time at this place we went Saturday and played hide and seek Krystle was the best helper and should definitely get a pay raise

Our birthday party was over the top! Everyone was so helpful and the kids had a great time! Highly recommended!!

I had my daughter’s sixth birthday party here, the day after I discharged from the hospital with multiple back surgeries. It was her first birthday party and I did not want to miss it. Prior to and during the party the staff was so helpful with questions and answers. They managed every aspect of the party and made sure it came off great. Th young lady working the party even brought me a more comfortable chair because she could see I was in pain. It was a great experience for me because I could do absolutely nothing, and they took care of everything so my wife could welcome guests and talk to parents stress free. I would recommend this place to anyone for a party. I will use it again. I am so very thankful to the facility and staff for doing such an excellent job. Top notch.

Crystal is the best monitor we had a great time she is so funny and helps us when we need help, she is amazing and you should really appreciate her for being such a good monitor

We visited Altitude today. We met the most helpful, genuine employee named Bridget. She was very knowledgeable about the membership plan, we were checked in and had our snacks within minutes. Everyone needs to check out the membership plan, it’s an excellent deal!!! Big shoutout to Bridget!!! You are exceptional at your job.

Great place to come with kids during day. Music was appropriate for little ears and staff was attentive. Frances particularly went the extra mile being present connecting with kids and staff.

My kids always enjoy their time here! Crystal was so sweet yesterday keeping them entertained and opening things up when they asked :)
