There was a confusion on the date of birth for the insurance, and I need to ask urgent care to resend the prescription. Otherwise, it's a good customer service.

Slow.

Pharmacy is such a circus. They pass me oof, tell me they can't get my medicine for 2 days. And the lunch break, omg, come on! Ridiculous waiting every. single.time!

They will confirm your prescription, tell you it will be ready in _ hours, then when you go to pick it up they'll say they are out of stock. Why wouldn't they tell me this at the initial phone call??? It's happened to me twice in three days. Switch to CVS. They get my scripts filled in 20 minutes.

Consistently the longest wait I’ve had at pharmacies- this particular instance however I showed up for 2 prescriptions. I was given one and told that they didn’t have a script for the other and I would have to go back to the dr. The dr tells me she has sent the script and it was accepted at 9am. It is now 10:30. I show back up and they tell me they have still not received the script. I call my dr and she puts me on hold while speaking with the pharmacist and I am told sorry for the mix up and that to come in and they will hand me the prescription. I come in and they tell me “sorry you will have to wait 20minutes, that’s not how prescriptions work.” So after the 20 minutes (now 11:30) I come back and they have given me the incorrect tool to administer the medication. Needless to say I will be using Walmart’s pharmacy from now on as a 2 hour wait for a prescription seems really excessive especially to not even get the proper dispersion product.

I've had problems with this pharmacy every time I have used it. About a week ago my boyfriend and I had went in at about 10 pm to pick up his prescription. They now close at 11 and the lady behind the counter very rudely informed us that their hours changed and she cant get that ready in the hour that she had and that she refuses to work late (she had it ready in 30 min). Then i get a call yesterday that I have a prescription to be picked up. I didnt get the call so they left a message. I called back today to ask what it was and someone answered and said "what do you need" i told her i was just giving them a call to find out what Prescription i had there. She proceeded to say "mmk hold" and left me on hold for 15 min. I hung up and called back and someone else automatically answered to assist me. They also miscounted another med by 11 pills on a different occasion and acted like i was lying before they recounted their inventory and realized they did make the mistake. Rude, no concept of customer service and they have no sense of urgency.

If there is "no pharmacist on duty" you're not open are ya. If I can't get my prescriptions YOU ARE NOT OPEN!
