Love the employees at the pharmacy. They always are very helpful and quick. With 2 very small children they make it quick and easy to keep them happy and healthy.

The young ladies that work there are very kind and helpful. The young man that calls himself a pharmacist leaves a bit to be desired in the way of customer care. I'm leaving and don't recommend anyone use this place. There are too many pharmacies in town to put up with this clown.

Been going to Schnucks Pharmacy for years and when it turned to CVS nothing but headache. There was a previous review about a rude Asian girl that works there and she is the worst. Horrible attitude, literally does not care. Never know if something is being filled or not, sometimes get texts about refills sometimes not, sometimes the script I need is out of stock and no one tells me. Finally just transferred everything to St Peters Community Pharmacy. They are awesome to work with and mail it to my house for free. Adios CVS

It goes without saying, but I must say that if I could vote prior to a certain employee it would be a PERFECT 5, but with this new pharmacist, I’d actually give NEGATIVE stars if that was a choice.

I’ve been filling my fathers medicine at this location for several years. The techs know me by name, and ALWAYS have a smile. I’m talking we exchange holiday cards. I don’t know if there was restructuring of the pharmacist, or if I’ve gone on the days that a new pharmacist started working, but I’ve went early and late, but still end up with the same young lady.

Let me say I never had ONE issue over about a ten year period, BUT since the young Asian woman started, I’ve had nothing but problems!!!! I wish I knew her name instead of giving a description, but I don’t and I apologize if that offends ANYONE!!! However someone needs to say something about this young lady. Not only has there been issues, BUT her attitude is HORRIBLE!!! I could work with mistakes as long as you have the right attitude. She’s been quoted as to saying, “I don’t care how long your father has filled here, or I don’t care what the other pharmacist have done.” Just a nasty attitude, and I finally decided to go across the street to Walgreens. Guess what, NO PROBLEMS, NO ATTITUDE!!!! In and out!

Sad because I really enjoy the techs, and the prior pharmacist. Farewell!

Tried it once, was enough for me. I was standing next to the lady at the doctor's office when she called in my Rx at 9am, but when I went to pick up at 4:30 they had no record of it, but did have several excuses (including saying maybe she called the wrong place). They then asked for 5 minutes to check their voicemail. After watching everyone else and their problems while I waited, the girl never told me she got the voicemail. I finally got tired of standing there and asked and she said she did, but was missing information and couldn't fill it. Of course the doctor's office was closed at that point.

How do you NOT check voicemail for called in prescriptions all day long?

I wish I could rate zero stars and write a review.

They filled my prescription wrong, giving me only half of what my doctor sent in. This was difficult for them to figure out when I called in about it, so much that it took them days to get back to me about the issue.

Stephanie called me and left me a voicemail stating they had made a mistake, but they filled the other half of my prescription and it was waiting for me.

I waited in line for 25 minutes for the girl to have no idea what I was talking about, my prescription was not ready, nor waiting for me. So, she consults with Stephanie who is sitting there doing absolutely nothing while this line piles up. They had the nerve to ask me to come back in twenty mins, as they were “filling it now.”

I politely requested she not make me wait in the long line again, but apparently this was not an option.

I will never go back there again after I get the half of my prescription they messed up. I wish I didn’t have to get that from there.

Tried to get my hepatitis A vaccine here. On hold for 10 minutes to be told my blue cross blue shield coverage didn't apply there so I would have to pay out of pocket. Called my insurance who then called the pharmacy to tell them that I was covered at Schnuck's pharmacy. Now I'm told I need a prescription to get the hep A vaccine at Schnuck's which is legitimately incorrect.
Just scheduled an appointment at Walgreens for today. Took 2 minutes to set up and had no problems with my insurance. Dont waste your time at Schnucks unless you want great donuts.

The pharmacy here is the worst. Waiting 45 minute for an inhaler they said would take 15 is ridiculous. They don’t call you when your scripts are ready and only half the staff knows what they’re doing. Learned my lesson it’s worth the extra drive to lake St. Louis schnucks

This pharmacy is horrible. 5 times have gotten texts that my meds are available for pickup. Go down and nothing is ready for pickup. I have to call to make sure I have something ready before I drive down.
