I left for awhile because the pharmacy went down hill for a long time. Rude workers and extremely slow. Now they have a Girl mainly at the drive-thru that flys people through. Not sure about the inside. The pharmacist seems on top of things and is pretty nice.

They seemed to be very slow. Only 4 people in front of me and I was in line for 20 minutes. Then they said it would be another 30 to 40 minutes on one script and the other would be ready the next day.

Upon my last visit to the Troy Walgreen's location to pick up a prescription, which should have been filled and ready for pick-up, but was not; I instead decided to run other errands and come back to pick up my prescription rather than wait the "15-20" minutes while they filled it.

I ran my errands and returned to Walgreen's pharmacy well over an hour and a half later, to yet again wait in their notoriously long line to ultimately learn my prescription has still not been filled!

The Pharmacist's at this location are so full of red tape with this, that, and the other regarding prescription pick-up that it feels like an all out tug-of-war just to obtain my medication. Customer service is ridiculously below par.

Walgreen's Rewards program can be an effective money saving tool but then there are times where all it is is a big ball of frustration which is most unpleasant.

I like Walgreen's stores. I like them a lot; and I frequent them often, but Troy's Walgreen's pharmacy location needs a serious overhaul. End of rant.

I don’t leave many 1 star reviews, but this is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are always out of stock of everything. The most basic of things like insulin syringes.. You never get any notification when your prescription is ready by phone even though you have set it up multiple times, and when you call to check on a prescription they say it’s not ready but you it will be ready after said time, then you go after said time and come to find out it’s not ready or it’s out of stock so you’ve just wasted your time. We are down with this pharmacy and all Walgreens pharmacy’s.

I switched my medication over when I moved to Troy, from Wentzville. I was used to having Walgreens as my pharmacy for as long back as I can remember and always positive! HOWEVER this location by far has the rudest group of people I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. They literally radiate stress and rudeness to the point where it affects you when you do business there with them. The prescriptions are not filled in order as you arrive even after they have contacted you to tell you that your prescription is ready! They are not friendly ( ever ) and instead, they act as if you are bothering them! I highly suggest that you look at all of their reviews and choose a different pharmacy as you are reading this! The Pharmacy was such a bad experience that I don’t even want to go into the store for something! It is that bad! It’s the WORST CHOICE IN TROY HANDS DOWN!

Has got to be the slowest pharmacy, there is always a wait 20-40 mins, inside and out. I choose this location for convenience but this is the last time I wait this long. Please work on efficiency and more staff.

Poor communication always. Medications on auto refill never notify and when you call to refill it again asks you if you want auto refill. My last prescription I went to the window the person told me my MD had refused it for refill. I go on my chart chart and the doctor approved it. I got no notification Until last night a live person called and said they are going to restock it I said I would be in to pick it up and they said they would extend it. I go this morning and it's been restocked and they can't fill it for 20 minutes. The system does not work here. Wow just wow

They didn't fill my prescription after I called it in
Basically they lost it. When I called to get it refilled Stephanie was very rude, very condescending, and told me if I wasn't happy to go elsewhere. When I talked to her boss, Nathan, He didn't care and basically said the same thing. They must be so busy customers are expendable to them. I'm going to follow their advise, and I'm recommending the same to everyone else. If you want good customer service go somewhere else, maybe Kroger, maybe Walmart.

This location is exceptionally terrible. The only reason I continue to go here is bc they get the generic adderall from the manufacturer that works well with my body. Even my doctor despises Walgreens stores in general bc of their authoritarian policies & often erroneous higher prices. Online refill requests are ignored for me bc they're controlled substances, so one pharmacist said it's best to call to request refills. I call...a call center answers...oh it's a controlled substance?...transfer to store...pharmacy tech answers & I repeat...oh it's a controlled substance? Let me transfer you to the pharmacist....pharmacist answers & I repeat myself yet again. I do this every month. Often, it still isn't filled yet or it's not right. The lines are notoriously long - both inside & drive-thru. All that being said, the employees are usually very courteous & professional, with the exception of a male pharmacist I have spoken to on the phone several times. Idk why this location can't get their shiz together, but it's been a problem for over 7 years. It may be a management issue, but the company policies add extra hurdles bc they are even more restrictive than the law. I suggest you avoid this pharmacy as much as possible. Personally, I am ready to take my business elsewhere, even if I have to drive to Wentzville.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. We made appointments for flu shot. Arrived 15min before vaccination like stated on the paper. We waited in line for over an hour to just speak to the pharmacist. Once they took our insurance they said it would be another 15-30min. We are now an hour past our registered appointment with a 4yo who is a nervous mess.

Sparing a long drawn out explanation of why multiple trips to this pharmacy today still leave me without my medication, at the very least they need to update their business hours. Posted hours both online and in the drive thru window indicate they are open to 10 pm on Monday, but when I pulled up around 9:15, they were already closed.

Called to ask a simple question and after I received my answer I kindly told the guy on the other end "Thank you so much" and he just hung up immediately. They need to be retrained on proper customer service! I answer calls at my workplace as well and never have I abruptly hung up the phone unnecessarily at the end of a call. It's inappropriate and unprofessional, my goodness.

Parmacist and store manager in Troy Mo are unprofessional and rude...went to pick up meds on Sunday ...called them in on Friday...well they wouldnt give me a 3 day emergency supply of maintenance meds i have been taking for 20 yrs..the pharmacist is now playing dr...the dr office takes phone calls and answers questions when they feel like it and there should have been a script on file that was never filled but the pharmacist denies having it. the two coudnt take the time or trouble to coordinate and just dispense my medication..im just the middle man i cant make anyone do what they dont want esp if they are telling me they dont want too..this was on a weekend during a pandemic!!..totally unprofessional from all involved..
