I have been to see Jon at SmartFix twice now! :-D Once for my Apple laptop (spilled coffee) and another time for my iPhone 12 Pro (shattered glass). Jon was incredibly knowledgeable about both products. He shared a plethora of valuable information on each product right off the top of his head! I was very impressed. What I valued most though was how he conducts his business. Most businesses are driven to grow profit. With Jon, it's not like that at all. He is honest, and will tell you exactly what is best for the device and your situation - even if that means he loses business on his end. This type of honesty is rare, and I am so grateful we have SmartFix in our community. I trust this company completely. Thank you again, Jon! I am a customer for life.

Guy really knows his stuff. Great selection of delta 8 products at a good price and you can get your phone fixed AND you can grab video games, switch consoles, retro Gameboys and other assorted games. I highly recommend. I shop here on the regular and I wish more people knew about this place.

John was super helpful in repairing my iPhone. He is knowledgeable and efficient. I definitely recommend going to SmartFix for any phone or computer repairs.

My granddaughter came to visit and the charger tip broke off in her phone. We brought it in and in a matter of seconds he had the tip out…no charge. He could have easily made money off us with the predicament we were in but instead asked that we just spread the word of his business. We are so appreciative!

First of all I love that this place is in Malone, not far to travel that’s a PLUS alone, second it’s a really nice location very welcoming, great parking very friendly and the guy knows what he is doing! Dropped my phone off to get the screen replaced the touch screen quit working, he had it done in an hour very fast and affordable to fix an IPhone 11! Defenetly recommend this place for your cell phone problems

Recently travelled for work and my laptop decided to screw up on me. I was so furious I slammed my phone on my desk at the hotel and shattered the screen. Came in and saw Jon, not only did he soothe my emotions for me but he also gave me a killer deal on my screen repair for my phone AND got my laptop fixed!! Amazing guy. He was able to help me with fixing my modded controller, with no idea on how to do it ,due to no tutorials or anything based on the modded controller I have, I highly recommend, great service, and great customer service communication
