We purchased a hot tub from Jordan at Spauldings after looking at several brands and sellers across the north country. Jordan came in on a Saturday that he wasn't in the office to answer our questions and show us displays he had at the shop without hesitation. Jordan was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. We ultimately decided to purchase through Jordan because of his impression, the thoroughness of showing us the hot tub and the components, and being able to buy locally. Highly recommend to other buyers, we are very satisfied with our purchase.

We have owned a hot tub for over 20 years so we had several questions.

Eventually, after many discussions we decided to upgrade our purchase. Jordy willingly came, set up and went over the things we needed to know.
Everything from start to finish was excellent.

I started shopping for a new hot tub in March. I went around to the local hot tub dealers in person and asked a bunch of questions.
My favorite interactions though was with Spaulding.
The owner came over directly and answered all my questions. Had a 40 minute conversation where we went over pricing, features, model styles, warranty, take away old hot tub, fees, let me sit in several tubs, etc.
In the end I decided to go with a PDC spa. What sold me was a combination of price, warranty, and style. But what tipped me the most in that direction was Spaulding themselves. Of all the dealerships I talked to they gave me the most confidence that if I needed work done that they would be the right people to work on it.

I ordered my spa on April 22nd and it was delivered on May 20th. I had wanted specific cabinets and specific colored fiberglass and so an order was placed directly at the factory.
It arrived at the dealership on thursday and was installed the next day.
Andrew and his workers were amazing. They removed my old tub and installed the new one in about an hour.
Due to my own patio issues my cover lift was not able to be installed.
But Spaulding graciously offered to hold the lifter until it can be installed.
I will update after it is installed as well.

I rented the mobile sauna for a birthday weekend! It was one of the easiest birthday surprises to pull off as Spaulding's Pool & Spa did all of the hard work. They delivered the sauna, provided wood for the weekend, gave me a quick instructional on how it worked, started the initial fire, brought a fire pit and even provided Adirondack chairs. Communication with Barry and Jordan was easy as they both were very responsive to my initial inquiry and all of my follow up questions.

My husband and I purchased a new spa at the beginning of April. All of the staff at Spaulding's are very knowledgeable and always willing to help with any questions. When picking out our spa, Jordan took his time to hear exactly what we were looking for and made sure we were satisfied. Jordan is very personable and always willing to help. He even answered my text with concerns after hour 😊

For the past few years we have purchased all of our pool chemicals and supplies through Spaulding Pools. We ran into an issue while opening our pool this year-our pump lid broke and our pool was losing water. I reached out after hours. I received a response within minutes and was able to get the part I needed asap. Amazing local company to support!! They always take their time to explain everything and answer any questions you have.

I highly recommend Spaulding Pool & Spa. I just had them install a new liner for my in ground pool. Jordan the new owner and his crew did a fabulous job! Jordan was here from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me his personal number and and I felt bad bugging him with his so many questions, but he was very patient and quick to respond. Jordan even brought a water sample back to the store for his staff to test and when I stopped in a few hours later Tracy had all our information and directions to get our pool crystal clear. We have used Spaulding for years, but this year I felt compelled to leave a review because of Tracey. She is truly just a genuinely kind person. She has provided us with so much knowledge and peace of mind. She was too busy to call back during regular hours so texted me at 7pm to see if it was too late to call as she didn't want to miss addressing our needs. That is above and beyond and I am so impressed!!!

A huge shout out to Jordan Molnar And his team at Spaulding pool and spa. Jordan not only showed us what spas he had available, but, taught us everything we need to know about all the different spas. We got the malibu after looking at what he had here in malone and driving out to his massena showroom. The depth of knowledge that he has about the spas, about the Chemicals used, about how every part of it works is amazing. He delivered it and we weren't ready for it to be placed so he placed it in the center of the garage where we knew it would be out of the way. Then sent his men back a few days later giving us time to do the painting that we were doing and set it up where it needed to be and hooked on the accessories. We had went back to the store to have our water sample looked at to see what we need for chemicals Which another part of his team helped us with not only doing the analysis. But getting everything that we needed writing everything down for us so that we coutdoor understand everything. Jordan even gave us the number to his Electrician that works on spas who came in just a few short days And had everything hooked up and ready to go. Now mind you this is easter weekend and Jordan came today, saturday morning To check on everything, make sure everything was set right, that we had the right chemicals And to explain a few other things. We were treated not like customers but like family they will absolutely be getting all of our business from now on if you want a hot tub or a pool. Or just advice Then Jordan Molnar is the person you wanna talk to.

I had a new liner and cement around my pool replaced recently. Very impressed with Jordan and his crew. They kept me informed about everything they were doing. I ended up purchasing a heater and Jordan has returned to check on it and sends me texts to make sure everything is working correctly. Very happy with the work done and the personal touches!

Excellent service. The owner himself finished setting up our pool on the 4th of July so we could have it up and running for the holiday weekend. All of the workers were very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend.
