I went to Lowe's at first about getting a washer. After being ignored, I came to Home Depot. Great customer service and cheaper warranty & my washer is working great. Worker was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you !

Found everything I was looking for plus some half priced Christmas decorations. Home Depot is so much better than Lowes in my opinion.

They had what I needed but the machine at self checkout was a pain in the you know what

I have not had a bad experience at all with this store. If you ask an employee for help and they aren't familiar with the product, they will find someone for you that does. The store is clean and organized. The staff is very helpful, friendly and great!

It's always a wait but good customer service

Went REALLY EARLY (6:15AM). Got my question answered about where to get impact drill bits. Immediately got service for treated 2x4x10 AND got them cut to order (Lowes wouldn't!?). Out of there and on to my project by 6:40AM BEFORE it got hot. Happiness.

The employees that work at this store are excellent! Wonderful customer service! David helped us with locating a part we needed for grill and Michael is very helpful and kind that works at service department desk. Really appreciate!!

William at the Pro desk is the man and cares about quality. Went out of his way to make up for terrible Southaven experience. Not to mention this location also has carts ready out front stuff where it’s supposed to be.

Love the customer service lady Melissa S. She helped me with getting the correct online price by going out of her way to call customer service and getting me a refund of the price difference. She was supposed to already be off work but stayed to help me!

Id rather shop here than Lowes, I feel like you have a better chance when coming to Credit, everytime I've ever tried anything there, it's was declined and did a hard increments on my credit. Ive always had good credit but being a black owned, I figure they would help. and give them a chance . But nope ,so I don't spend my money with them, only The Home Depot

It's nice to go somewhere and a employee recognizes you need help and asks to help?
Needed those Lil plastic hangers for small pictures or lights and that's not necessarily on the isle signs

Another visit to Home Depot. I am able to avoid weekend and busy times during the week.
I like the garden center because the ladies there are always helpful and pleasant. So I am always leaving there smiling.
I am able to find what I am looking for or substitution (with supply chain issues we are not always going to find what we are looking for).
There are other places that I could go to but when heading out the decision ends up being Home Depot Olive Branch based on the customer service that I have experienced in the store (not just the garden center).
Being a Veteran I did have to download the app and provide info to be able to get a Veteran discount. The process is typical for Veteran discounts and makes checkout easy. Plus if you order online the Veterans discount is automatically applied.

I couldn't get a job done with out this place. The people are always professional and helpful. They point me in the right direction. The paint department is absolutley great.

Its really suprising how much everything went up in pricey. Just in one year, Screws that were $7 per box are now $12 wood is also high. But thats everywhere. This location is always clean

Tan by there and got some lumber to floor part of my attic. Had two associates help me pick it out and get it on my cart. Super friendly folks there!

It's rare to find a place of business in or around Memphis that still has employees this nice and that are willing to help. GREAT JOB HOME DEPOT!

Always able to find what you need just don't expect assistance to right there for you. But don't let that detour you from going to get your shopping needs. We are renovating and if we can't find what we need they will Locate the closest home depot with the item or it can be ordered/pickup in a few days...

When I went, on a weekday, the nice gentleman helped me load my car with the landscaping rocks. So great customer service because those things are heavy.

I had to purchase some more stain to add to what I had already bought. I didn't buy quite enough. The young lady working in the paint section was very helpful and very nice. I will shop there again and will look for her to help me again in the paint section
She should get a raise.
