Reko was amazing! We can in close to closing time. He took his time with us, even though he wanted to go home. He offered every option for the product we bought and made sure that we got The best possible price. I would definitely recommend going and seeing him!

Very happy with the friendly customer service, speed of repair and fair pricing. My daughter needed a repair done ( that day) ASAP, because she was leaving for an overseas trip the next morning. Eventhough we felt it was a long shot, we went to this business and were greeted politely and professionally and not only did they have the parts to replace the back of her IPhone and the camera in stock, they made the necessary repairs in less than 6 hours. I'm very impressed with this type of service that you rarely find these days and HIGHLY recommend this business!!! Thank you to Reko so much!

Had nothing short of a great experience here. I came in 15 minutes to closing just to inquire on devices I had been looking at purchasing. Hate being that guy coming in around closing time but in no way did I feel rushed. What stood out to me was the entire staff had great attitudes. Reko helped me out with decision making on the devices I was inquiring on. He was very honest and straight forward. Would 1000x recommend this store to anyone! Thanks again for the help!

Austin was Awesome! I had a phone that the charging port wasn't working correctly so I thought I needed to replace it. He looked at it and after cleaning it out for about 30 seconds it worked fine. No charge! I will definitely be back with more business to these folks. Great to see a business that is there to help and not take advantage of people. Highly recommend!

My son’s phone screen stopped working and I had tried every solution I found on Google and nothing helped. I had never been to Smartphone Medics, but live close by and figured we would stop in to see what they could do. Rico assisted us and after looking at the phone and trying a few things, explained that the screen was dead. We priced out a new screen and also priced out purchasing a new to my son phone. His phone was about 5 years old and we had some other issues that were going on with it. A new (but used) phone was the better solution and Rico fixed us up with transferring my son’s data to the new phone. All of the used phones and devices they had looked brand new and hardly used.
This is a small locally owned business in Madison that we will be supporting. They were nice, helpful, and didn’t try to oversell and kept within our budget. The store was clean and welcoming. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I just went in to see what they could do, and in a little over an hour, they gave my 2 iPhone X’s back with new batteries installed, and cheaper than Apple Store or Best Buy. These guys made me feel like a valued customer right away.

After the Apple store at Bridge Street refused to change my iPhone SE 1st gen battery because it is “vintage”, we saw the Smartphone Medics shop on the way home and decided to ask if they could do it. They replaced the battery in an hour, no appointment needed. $79, which is $10 more than the Apple store quoted me when I made my appointment (and was told specifically on the phone they will change the battery on this model phone). But the Apple store just wasted my time making the appointment and then trying to sell me something I don’t want. Smartphone Medics did a great job and I am very happy with their service. They thought they slightly damaged my screen and were prepared to fix it quickly for free, but it was just alcohol that later dried with no damage. Great job Smartphone Medics! Very happy customer here. Highly recommend, way better than the Apple store.

I highly recommend this place. They are super friendly. They do not try to sell you things that you don’t need. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Thank you for the good job that y’all have done for me.

Super friendly service. Saw us right away and fixed my son's phone within a few hours. Reasonable pricing. Would recommend just from the staff's smiles and help. That is missing in many businesses these days. Good job representing your company fellas!

I ordered a xbox series s console through the progressive leasing. The associate on the phone talked me through the steps and was very helpful. After receiving the console I experienced a couple of issues with the controller and after informing them of the issues they sent me the money to get another controller or gave me the option for them to send a replacement. Very professional and courteous staff, I couldn't have bought from anywhere better.

The staff is great, the young guy I dealt with (white, brown hair, glasses, I’m bad with names) was very polite and friendly. My phone looks just like it did before I dropped it. They were able to get it done in one day, which spared me a lot of time without my phone. I would definitely recommend this place.

I'm a regular at Smartphone Medics and they've never once let me down. Every visit has been a great experience with their consistently awesome service. They diagnose and fix my phone issues super fast, the prices are on point, and the staff is always friendly and professional.

I found this place from a fb listing. Went in and got a MacBook that was better than what I was initially looking at purchasing for a great deal! Everyone there was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I liked them so much that I even told my mom about it and we took her 2 pads there to be fixed. Very fast service. I will never go anywhere else for my electronic needs.

Senior here! Needed to transfer pdf’s,PowerPoints & vids from IPhone to laptop. Tried unsuccessfully to use the recommended apps on both phone & pc. Gave up in utter frustration!! Found Smartphone Medics via Google search as neither my home town or my nearest larger town, had a “phone store” that was open on Saturday!!? Drove the 30 miles to this store on 72W (corner of Hughes Rd). Austin was the front desk tech on duty. He was phenomenal!!! Store was quite busy on a Sat. Afternoon. He juggled the flow of customers expertly. Never leaving anyone just hanging out in line. He even took the time to explain the issue to each customer in turn. I know this because my problem was a bit time consuming as it involved 2 devices incompatible with each other. Austin was SO helpful! He understood my needs immediately and immediately started to figure out how to achieve my desired outcome. He was able to show me how to transfer the files & check the pc to ensure they had transferred. Austin made this a fantastic experience & I learned a few things from him, lol!! Service was expedient, professional, delivered with a smile, patience, kindness and efficiency!! HIGHLY recommend Smartphone Medics and Austin!!

I have been using Smartphone Medics since shortly after they first opened, and I have always had a wonderful experience! I always take all of my device repairs to them, and I have purchased several used devices from them over the years as well. They are quick, have excellent customer service, and they charge very reasonable prices. I always recommend them to everyone I know that’s looking for a new used device or needing a device repair.

My son broke the charger off inside his iPad charging port. Others wanted to charge me over $100 to fix this. When I walked in, I was welcomed with a smile. I told them what happened and in less than 5 minutes everything was fixed at no charge! You guys are the best! Thank you!!
