Came in here a little cranky after dealing unsuccessfully with the Verizon store on Hwy 72.

Joseph was awesome! Super helpful, nice, and provided prompt service. He was also good about explaining everything to us.

Had a very positive experience with Jeff at the Madison Blvd Verizon store today! He was so helpful and professional, this man could give customer care training! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Joseph stayed after hours to help me set up a new plan and finish purchasing a new phone. He was extremely helpful and friendly!

Just switched to Verizon to get on my own plan from my parents and This store was AMAZING. Brandon was so awesome and very quick and helpful. He answered all my questions and was so polite while doing so. I chose this Verizon store because of the good reviews and they did not disappoint!

Came to this location directly after a terrible experience at the store @ Hwy 72 W Bldg 200 Unit B, Madison. They were busy but still had staff to help with no wait. Upgraded 1 phone and added a new one with Christy's help. She made the process super easy and got us the best deals on a new phone and added a line. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We'll be back even though this location is out of our way!

Best customer service I had to date. I made the mistake of switching services to AT&T which I hugely regretted. Brandon went above and beyond helping us out and made our transition back (which was more difficult as it may seem) look easy. His experience and customer service is one to remember! Thx for the help!

Jefferey Brandon (and Brandon) were absolutely amazing. We were switching from a different carrier and they spent so much time with us answering every question we had. Not only did they get us both in the exact phone we wanted, they found so many amazing discounts that we got a watch too. I have been in customer service for 20+ years and can 100% say that these guys blew me away. I would recommend them to ANY Verizon customer and absolutely recommend them for non Verizon customers. I want to thank Brandon and Eddie for treating me like a VIP. They were very helpful, informative and very professional. My experience at this store was very pleasant although I was in town doing a project for my company and left with a brand new iPhone 14pro and Apple watch Ultra. I love my new cell and watch. I came to this store after dealing with a rude employee at University Dr location. Cameron helped me with phone transferring. I’m deaf and he was SO patient with me!

Dwayne was the amazing gentlemen that helped my husband and I! He was so kind and patient the entire exchange. He even stayed after close to finish up our purchase and was so nice about it! Gregory, “Chubbs” as I’ve come to know him by is a great asset. His attention, communication, honesty, and attention far out weighed my preconceived expectations on how this experience would turn out. He answered questions concisely. We switched from AT&T so he let us know a lot about the switching process and how things will be stated on the bill and what it means . he made himself available, even through text message, day and night to help us with questions about are switching process and how to pay our final bill with AT&T, I definitely recommend this man to anyone in need of quality service and experience. His personal touch give me no hesitation and wanting to remain a Verizon customer for my whole life. I applaud him.

Recently I visited the Verizon Cellular Sales store on Madison Boulevard to discuss temporarily suspending service for my daughter who went to Italy this week for military duty and will be there for two years. When I arrived Brittany greeted me at the door with a very pleasant personality. I explained to her and Catherine, also pleasant, my situation and Catherine started the process for the suspension. Alex was also nearby and provided very good information and advice during my visit. While Catherine was on hold with the Verizon rep on the phone, she noticed from viewing my account that she could save me money by utilizing the promotion that was ongoing to pay off my daughter's phone and also upgrade my wife's. Since my wife was at work at that time, I told Catherine and Brittany that I would return with her that evening to take care of everything. When we returned we were greeted by Christie, one more person with warmth and courteousness, who helped us get started with the process once again. Our experience was the best one we have had with any Verizon store in town. We were made to feel right at home, and even when the process hit a snag, through no fault of their own, we were still pleased with the outcome. Even Scott, who was not involved with assisting us, provided good conversation and hospitality. In the end, my daughter's services were suspended, my wife upgraded her phone and my bill decreased by approximately $75. After it was over we were still there 20 minutes later just talking. We even "adopted" Brittany as our second daughter. Everyone at that store are valuable assets to the Verizon company and brand.

I came in during the weekend before the 4th of July to get help with my phone dropping signal. The man who helped me did some network troubleshooting, but it was definitely the phone acting up. I just recently purchased the phone and he made sure to start the process of sending a new phone before the holiday. I am very grateful for the help I received and would definitely come back. Thank you!

Night and day difference between our experience here at Verizon vs Sprint/T-mobile...the latter (despite 40 YEARS with Sprint!) treated us like something smelly they'd stepped in and wanted to scrape off their shoes, while Verizon was nothing but helpful! In particular, Mr. Kary went the extra mile to ensure that all of our contacts and data were transferred and our new phones functioning properly and made sure that we were treated like human beings rather than dog-$h1t.

Brandon was excellent! He was very patient, professional, and very helpful! He went above and beyond. We were very satisfied with his service today!!

AWESOME STAFF! All of the young men at this store were so helpful and friendly. Kris was extremely candid about the products and services offered. Kris took extra special care in explaining the changes to my account. I appreciated his time and patience.

I was in the store today to check on phone options. Upon arrival, Todd was very helpful.
I had to come back , because the phone I got was not in the store. When I came back, Michelle had already been working on my new phone, prior to my return. Michelle was courteous and very helpful. She was thorough and very knowledgeable. She gave me her personal cell number and saved it in my phone. I got home and had issues with my phone number not porting over. I called her for assistance and she stayed on the phone, until I had complete resolution. She did not get off of the phone with me until she was sure that I had been completely taken care! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE MICHELLE! Thank you for your help! I would recommend Michelle and Todd’s Verizon to ALL of my friends and family.

We went in and Josh Grimes was incredibly helpful. We were switching accounts from different carriers and he made sure the process went smoothly and answered all our questions. Will be back to this location to see Josh if we have any other cell needs in the future.

Kris is among the most helpful, engaging salespeople I have ever come across. He was pleasantly patient with all our questions, understood our need, and advised us accordingly. The next time we have a cellular need, Kris is our guy!
