What a great experience. My camera lens shattered and after calling around We Fix It/Batteries Plus was the best price and with great reviews I went forward to have it repaired. The piece had to be ordered, which I knew, but after making an appointment online they promptly called me back to confirm and discuss the timeline and let me know that as soon as it came in they would notify me in order to set me up with a good time for repair which they did.
Super friendly, very professional and very communicative! And my phone was repaired and is working great! I would go back and will absolutely recommend them to others.

Very friendly..listened to my problem with my phone and got started to fix it..very honest..didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or try to fix something that wasn't brome..just needed cleaning in charging port..no charge! I decided at the last minute that my Galaxy needed a new battery. These people were helpful, knowledgeable, and FAST with the replacement battery! Way better price than buying a new phone, and way faster and simpler than Verizon's fix, which would've been to send me a new phone and make me transfer everything to the new one.

They have Repaired 3 Samsung phones for me and they all were done perfectly. All three times I was giving a specific time that it would be done by and it always was or earlier than promised. I highly recommend and trust them with any display repair.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My I-phone went dead and wouldn’t charge. I went to Verizon and they don’t sell batteries for the I-6 phone. It was buy a new phone or do with out. My son told me to to Batteries&Bulbs. I did and with in 10 min. My phone was working. Replaced the battery for a tiny fraction of what a new phone would cost. Thank you so much, Batteries&Bulbs!!

Had my i-phone 6 screen repaired. I got a discount for making an appointment online. Very satisfied with the work. It took them less than an hour. (probably less, since I left and picked it up later).

I have an IPhone and needed a new battery so I went to the Apple store. Beware if you’ve had a nonApple battery installed or other work done by a nonApple place they will refuse to fix your phone. I waited an hour to find that out!! I was referred to Batteries Plus and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The store person also showed me how to delete things from your apps that remain in the background and wears your battery out. A very helpful hint!! The battery was more than Apple’s but the advice and the efficiency in installing my battery was well worth it!!

Highly recommend We Fix It Phone Repair. Within an hour of dropping her phone and breaking the LCD screen, my daughter's phone was fixed at at a great price! We are very satisfied and would recommend their phone repair services!

The replacement battery for my Mac Pro was fast and seamless. Was up and running in about 45 min. Excellent service and staff.

Kim is GREAT, did absolutely STELLAR work in a timely fashion to fix my phone's screen and even fixed some cosmetic damage for me. DO NOT go to "Mark", he's one of those guys who can't handle the most basic of life's puzzles. He gets crabby, he interrupts his boss for answers like "use capital letters". Ask for Kim and feel confident that she has got the skills.
