Emily was incredible! She knew the products so well, she was patient while I debated and offered her advice about best choices for my dogs. She listened to my long winded explanations about my dogs needs and waited patiently while I made my choices. I worked out in my calculator how much each supplement cost and she was super supportive and patient. She also pointed out the best value and steered me to quality brands at the best prices. We love going to pet supermarket to shop for our new budgie friends! They have a few fur baby friends, fish, and a wide variety of products for your pets! Customer service is outstanding and friendly!

Nice to have a pet store that’s small but much easier to shop than the other big stores. Staff friendly, returns gladly accepted which helps if you have picky pet. The store has a good selection of products for many types of pets. The staff knowledgeable and available if you have questions.

been going here for 20 years and just ❤ this little store. they're great for running in to get what I need,.while they stay caught up with the new products. one caution: they do buy and promote premium pet supplies,.but do have the selection of affordable things, don't fear. they have what you need with people who are willing to help you if needed.

They have a great selection of harnesses that are hard to find elsewhere. Our babies are 6 lbs and take an xs harness. They are also very attractive. The staff were very nice as well.

I've been a customer for about 3 years now.always has better ,cheaper prices on everything. The animals are healthy and in good condition. Crickets live really cheap around 2 bucks per dozen or 2!

The customer service here is awesome. I was helped by Austin and his team member tonight and seriously couldn’t commend the two more. The girl had split dyed hair but unfortunately I did not catch her name. Both of these team members are passionate about pets, super kind, and welcoming. Can’t wait to pop by again!

I came to buy food for my bearded dragons, the worker was extremely kind and open to telling me all about bearded dragons and how to care/feed them. He even shared a riddle when I was done shopping. Hands down the nicest petstore worker I've ever met.

Several months ago I forgot my mask in the car. As I turned around to go get it, the girl behind the counter offered me one.
Another time we were changing our dogs food. We didn’t have any of the old one left so we were thinking of buying both the old and new help our dog adjust. An employee told us to add pumpkin purée to her her new food instead. It worked! She never got sick. Yay!
We have used their curbside service & they are on point!! It’s a super simple process and we’ve never had to wait long for our order.

Great selection of cat foods and treats. They carry reasonable priced (first ingredient meat) as well as my cat's favorite brand...Fancy Feast. Small but IMO the best in the area. Could not believe another competitor near them did not even carry Fancy Feast, only very expensive brands!

Great customer service. Brittany, is very knowledgeable and friendly. My dog has allergies and Brittany, kindly walked me thru the store explaining ingredients and what to look for on the labels.
Chris is also friendly as he checked me out and helped me change my info in their system.

Wonderful experience every time I go there. Customer service is always on point. They go above and beyond to help find what you need and then talk to you about their pets and yours. I even got to see pictures and show off mine! Keep up the great work.

The staff were very helpful in finding all the items that I was looking for today. They had the flea collars that I was I needed to get for my large dogs. I had already made two stops before finally getting the products. Great prices! Pet Supermarket was absolute Awesome discovery!

Got a bunch of supplies here for our rescue dog before we took him home. Also brought him in several times after we adopted him. Overall great experience. Staff is very friendly and seems to genuinely care about animals.
