I highly recommend The Spa King for your next spa. I recently purchased a new spa from the Melbourne location and dealt with Jim... he is awesome! He was very patient and presented a large variety of options to me over a few month period (I could not make up my mind). There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. Once I made my decision, he was very flexible with the delivery, which allowed me to construct a location in my yard to accommodate the spa. The delivery of the spa was quick and flawless. Excellent buying experience!

Just wanted to share my experience with the Spa King. I recently purchased a home in the Melbourne area which came with a hot tub that was purchased at another local spa "superstore" in 2016. I noticed a big leak in the hot tub, it has completely drained out . I called the "superstore" first who told me they would not allow the warranty to transfer and I'd need to pay for any repairs, with a minimum of $150 just for the service call.

I looked for other spa repair services online and came across the Spa King. My first contact was with Benjamin, i called on a Saturday (of course leaks happen on the weekend). Benjamin was so helpful and kind, trying to help me find the problem. He then suggested i contact Spa Kings repair people. I next encountered Ricki, who was very professional and scheduled me promptly. Barry came and fixed my hot tub within 3 days of my initial call, for cheaper than the "Superstores" service call. I'm very grateful to The Spa King and their employees. What great customer service and honest, fair business practices! They have a very satisfied customer who will return as needed! Thanks so much.

After shopping around, came back to Spa King a couple of times. Benjamin was such a pleasure to deal with! No hard sales and was patient with us while we decided which tub to go with. Bought the tub we liked, and it was delivered the next day by Rick and his crew. Have had it for a week and are very happy! Would recommend that anyone in the market for a spa go to Spa King!

We received our brand new spa from the Spa King this past week and so far so good. It looks great, works great, and was very affordable. Helping immensely with my lower back pain. Our research showed this was the best deal around. I recommend Spa King for anyone in the hot tub market. Jim, the salesman was great with answering all my questions promptly & giving me extremely helpful advice. He even sent me videos, pictures, & a link for the best financing deal around. The delivery guy, Chad was great too, very prompt & called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Spa King is a good honest business.

We researched and shopped all options before buying a spa for our new home in Melbourne Beach. The Spa King in Melbourne had a vast selection of units, and they were priced thousands of dollars lower than the smaller, local retailers could offer. But, more importantly, Jim Gandy is an absolute delight to deal with - no pressure, just a professional, competent person who was exceptional to deal with throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and he spent a lot of time making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. No hidden charges - no surprises.

The installation crew was equally impressive. The crew removed the old spa from our lanai, and installed the new one without any damage or issues. Also, once installed (which took less than 2 hours), the crew made sure the spa was running properly, and gave us a thorough hands-on tutorial to ensure that we knew how to operate the controls.

We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I recommend this company 100%.

I bought a jacuzzi from the spa king 2 years ago. I had a great experience and the sales person Ben, was absolutely the best. He didn't try to push an expensive spa on me. Instead, he listened to what I needed and matched me with a spa that focused on the areas of my body that always ache. The Spa King went above and beyond in meeting my expectations. He also orchestrated a timely delivery and set up an appointment with an electrician to be sure I surprised her on our anniversary. Went to the Spa King to look around since they had a bunch of used tubs in stock. It was nice to compare the different layouts, brands, etc. Ended up purchasing a new tub from Jim who was not pushy and very helpful before and after the sale. Delivery was on time and the crew was friendly. Jim called back a few days later to check in and make sure we were happy. We love the tub and appreciate the customer service.
