Havertys Furniture

Went to many stores in our area looking for a sofa. Havertys was by far the best. The salesperson who greeted me asked how she could help and what I was looking for. She showed me several sofas that were exactly what I had in mind and at the exact price I mentioned. In less than a half hour I walked out with the sofa I had been looking for so long. I so appreciated the fact I was never pressured, but instead was truly helped by a friendly professional that cared about meeting our needs.

We just purchased a new bed frame from
Havertys . The overall time spent looking went smoothly. Billy, our salesman was extremely helpful and did not pressure us or give us some lame sales pitch. He was informative and even told us to go look at some of the competition. He told us to
go see the difference in material and craftsmanship at Havertys, to some of the competitors. We will have frame delivered in about 5 days. So far we have had a good experience with Billy and with the buying process at Havertys

We are very happy with our couch! They said it would take a few weeks to get here and it ended up being only 7 days. They delivered at 9 am sharp, actually a bit before, and didn’t have you waiting all day. The movers are also very pleasant. I highly recommend using them. They made the process of buying furniture a lot smoother than other places we’ve bought from.

There aren’t any words to express the professionalism that SUZANNE possesses. The knowledge that she exhibits about her profession, is absolutely incredible awesome. SUZANNE, greet her clients with a warm welcome. I will not hesitate to recommend SUZANNE to others. Again, Freddie and Joshua love the warmth that she shares. We had a fantastic experience with Haverty’s in Melbourne, FL. Our sales consultant, Janice, was terrific. She helped steer us to the bedroom set that was right for us, and it looks beautiful in our space. She was also very helpful and patient with us as we went through the process of choosing our furniture. The delivery team was also awesome - very friendly and professional. They used moving blankets to cover the front entry and door jamb, which was a nice touch. The furniture arrived well wrapped in moving blankets and heavy plastic wrap.

Went into store with very specific needs and requirements for motion furniture. Debbie was amazing, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in showing me all my options. She pointed out some factors that I didn't consider without any pressure to purchase. It was a very pleasant experience and am looking forward to the delivery of the most comfortable furniture I ever sat on.

We were lucky to get Deborah Soltesz as our sales rep. She did an exemplary job in explaining your products attributes as compared to your competitors. Had mounds of patience and no selling pressure. Will ask for her on our next purchase. She is an asset to your company store.

Ethan was wonderful to work with. Enjoyed his personality. Great with answering questions, looking forward to future relationships. Fantastic selections and quality products.

Darlene Broadway meet me soon after I walked into the store. She was welcoming and very pleasant
and even though the sofa sleeper I wanted to view was not on the floor she took me to one that was similar so I could test it. the sofa was very comfortable, so I bought it. Price was very reasonable and the delivery date was in 2 days. you can't beat that. So thank you Darlene and Havertys.

Bought this great office desk from salesman Dave Spostol. He was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend buying from this store. Will definitely be back to buy more furniture from Dave.

10 months later, bought my wife a beautiful L-shaped desk. We went to 6 other stores and the best desk was at Havertys. Thanks to Darlene for making this second purchase a smooth and pleasant experience.

8/10/2018 - The attendant who worked with through our custom design was superb. However, the store sufferes from poor computer equipment which hampered finalizing both the design and the purchase. Combined with that was a lack of communications as we were closing out the purchase that resulted in unintended actions.

9/30/2018 - I have raised the previous rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. The delivery of the above order was superb and ahead of schedule. Too, the cumbersome closing from above appears to have been corrected as observed from our purchase today. As before, our sales attendant, Darlene, was excellent ... recommended without any reservation. Darlene assisted us with selection of the original purchase above ... color, style, etc., and the results were well received. She took us through the sale today with comfortable guidance and advice. Havertys has us now ... as long as Darlene is there.

Our sales person Deborah was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products.She understood our needs and gave us very good direction on what was available in the store.
We would definitely recommend our friends and family to look for her if they were in the market.
We have received excellent service over many years from Haverty’s.

After visiting other furniture stores, we were getting a bit discouraged with service and quality of the furniture. My sister recommended Havertys so we decided we would try there with plans to visit other stores as well. From the moment we walked in the door Darlene Broadway was very welcoming and patiently answered all of our questions. She wasn't pushy or in a hurry. She knew when to give us space to talk with each other and was ready when we needed help! We found a sofa we loved and she told us all about the sofa, where it was made and how it was made. She made this a very pleasant experience! We will definitely come back to Havertys and we will recommend the store to others!

I’m so excited for delivery of my new sectional. This is the most beautiful and high quality sectional we’ve ever purchased. Janice was a great help and even took time to show us other furniture we will need soon as well. This was an easy purchase and for the first time I don’t feel like I’m settling. I found exactly what I wanted!!

Salesperson, Billy is very professional and very patient and is very detail oriented in his explanation of size quality, and price of furniture at Havertys. You’re lucky to have him as a sales person.

Suzanne took the time to let us try several mattresses, no easy task given my wife’s non-ambulatory condition. We will return to Haverty’s to complete our furnishings for our newly renovated condo.

Quality. selection and beautiful showroom aided us in our decision making. However it was Ms. Darlene who assisted us and was very knowledgeable re: our choices. We had been to quite a few stores in the general area and she was a delightful change from the other stores we visited. She elevated our experience to excellent.
