I had an excellent experience with all the staff who I engaged with during my appointment! I had x-rays done on my wrist and it was very nice being able to do that with short notice and all in 1 building as well as very quickly and without having to go to the ER for a non emergency problem. Highly suggest going here!

I thought my son had something that was contagious. They tested him and he was negative! They were super fast. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

Fast, friendly and courteous. Going to the doctor is never fun, going to the doctor when you’re literally 1000 miles from even worse. But from checking in, new patient intake to seeing a doctor to being out of there and fixed…maybe 45 minutes total. Will go back again if I have to.

I had a VERY good experience at Express Care. Everyone was friendly, professional and they knew what they were doing. They were efficient and all worked well together. I definitely will use their facility if needed!

This place has friendly staff, knowledgeable, tom time to answer questions and make suggestions. In and out quickly but never felt rushed. My dad is happy to return there if need arises.

All staff I encountered were professional and nice. Place was clean. I was there for a random drug test and technician got me back in a timely manner.

I was bit by a feral cat early Tuesday morning as I was trying to put him in a cage to go for neutering. I ended up with some major teeth punctures on my left hand. I went to the Centralia Urgent Care and the staff, especially the Dr., were fantastic!! I had to return on Wednesday for another shot and x-rays. Again everyone was incredibly friendly and professional!! I highly recommend going here instead of the ER.

They have always gotten us in same day 1 time it was the next but we went in after 430 so that's understandable. [you might have leave and come back later or if it's late after noon come back the next day] . The staff is always friendly and great with the kids.

We made an appointment and was able to be seen within 30 minutes of that appointment time. Kelly had us in and out in no time at all. She was knowledgeable and professional. When we need to get in, we will definitely schedule in Centralia rather than in Mt Vernon. Kelly is the best.

I went in for a walk-in appointment for a drug screening for a new job. Was in and out super fast. Receptionist and the nurse was super friendly!

My three year old son had fallen and injured his right knee. We came for X-rays. We were seen very quickly and the staff was great.

Camille was my provider. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. She listened to my concerns and provided excellent care with an upbeat and positive attitude. I was back home within the hour even though the clinic was busy! The staff including the registrar, x ray tech, and nurse were very friendly and professional as well. I am so grateful for the loving kindness and professionalism shown to me by this staff!

The nurse and nurse practitioners are super nice as was the receptionist.

The wait before going in was only long yesterday because of how many people there were ahead of us and they give each patient the right amount of time they need. Once you get to a room there's hardly any wait if at all.

It's so nice to get to see someone within an hour or often within minutes or immediately. I go there several times a year with infected cuts or sinus infections.

I highly recommend them.

So happy with my experience! I took my two daughters in on an early Sunday morning and everyone we met was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so kind, understanding and great with my children. Makes my momma heart feel so good. Hopefully we will not have to come back in the future but if we do I will definitely be coming back to this clinic. I did not catch the lady’s name at the front desk but she was super nice. Our nurse was Tina and our provider was Ashley and they were absolutely wonderful. My children were all smiles the whole time. Thank you guys for your service keep up the good work :)

Provider and nurse were very welcoming and made us feel important. Did not make us wait around unnecessarily and pretty quick.
